Great stay! As a solo traveler, I felt safe, and the room was spacious for Paris. The shower is strong, bed very comfortable, with free mini bar water/juice and a nice coffee/snack bar in the lobby. Convenient location near restaurants and metro (though a short hill walk), and the front desk was very accommodating with room placement.

More sound proofing in all rooms. It was very loud when our neigbhbours were using the bathroom or talking on the phone

The hotel desk clerk was warm, friendly, and made us feel welcome right away. The location was easy to find, and the breakfast was excellent, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There are a few stairs in the hallway leading to the rooms, so guests with mobility issues may want to plan accordingly. Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay!

Staff is friendly but can speak in English. 24-hr coffee served near reception and it really help if u need to start your trip in early morning since most of the cafes are still closed and at least you can have coffee at hotel. The A/C died for our first night in the hot summer. The property did not offer us anything for our trouble. Despite this, the luggage storage was helpful and I appreciated the selzter water on tap. The front desk man was very helpful. Do be aware that it is a couple blocks from the nice area by St Martin. The immediate surroundings are sketchy and filled with homeless encampments.

Ibis is always reliable. This was my third stay after two stays in the faubourg st Antoine location. Very nice and calm neighborhood. I love canal st Martin. I did get mild allergic reactions to the room though so if you have any sensitivities, I would check in with them about the products they use.

I had a double room (407) which was perfect as I was staying alone. If you book for two, make sure you get a more spacious room. Hotel Albe is lovely. Comfy beds, fantastic shower, great breakfast.. but most of all its location is brilliant. Just round the corner from Notre Dame.. right in the heart of the left bank. It is a very nice hotel where we spent our Paris holiday when we came from Turkey. Even though we arrived much earlier than the check-in time on the first day, we were provided with every convenience and taken to our room. Our room was cleaned every day. And on the last day, they said we could leave the luggage because the train time was long. If we come again we will stay here

We enjoyed the location, right across from Hyde Park and near restaurants and a grocery store. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. However, our room was not very comfortable.
