8.2
Paris, 21 Rue Buffault, 75009 Parizh, Frantsiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Well located hotel, it’s possible to walk to many popular destinations in the city. The size of the room was a good surprise.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the attitude of the reception staff. During my stay, I encountered a receptionist who behaved in a clearly disrespectful and condescending manner. The interaction was uncomfortable and far from the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel. I reported the incident and submitted a formal complaint while staying at the hotel. However, I never...
The location of the hotel is excellent but I must say they don’t clean the room properly. I hope they take this in consideration and improve! We found dust on the lamp, a hair in the spare blanket etc
I was there a long time ago but remember the hotel fondly. It felt safe. The rooms are renovated and the bathrooms brand new. Great breakfast. Good location too!
My fiance, myself and my parents stayed here. OMG what an experience! We were greeted at the front desk and immediately called by our names. The staff switched rooms around for us at the last minute with nothing but smiles. They treated us like guests in their home. Immediately gave us a map and took the time to circle sites to see nearby and suggested restaurants nearby. Every morning greated...
This hotel is in an excellent location- a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and 40 to Champs elysees if you wish to walk and take in the atmosphere! Rooms are fine, no kettle but you’re hardly in them. Beds comfy. Staff on 24 hr reception are so helpful- have stayed here twice and recommended.

The environment is okay and the location is good, but the hygiene could be better.
Suppose i stay this hotel but my euro train cancel so i can't stay here.. i hope they will give my money back .. very2 upset can't stay here and see paris..
The hotel's elevator is incredibly small, barely fitting one person and a small piece of luggage. You often have to queue, so try to go early. Anyone a bit on the larger side probably wouldn't fit. Breakfast was also very limited, but there were a lot of local Chinese guests.
When I checked in the room was tiny and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a choice of pastries and toast. That night we asked if we could change rooms as I was very uncomfortable and the guy advised no was no helpful. The air con was not working in the room. The next morning we asked to change the room and the lady was very helpful and gave us a better spacious room. The air con was still not working in...

We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Leveque. The location of this hotel is perfect, close to many different restaurants and transport links. 17 min walk from the Eiffel tower. It is about at 1 hr from CDG airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had the basics which was fine for a 1 night stay, they have the smallest lift I have ever seen but since it we stayed for one night an didn't have...
I accidentally left a document in my room when I checked out. Unfortunately, by the time they notified me, I was already on a train to Germany. However, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, scanning the document and emailing it to me multiple times. This wasn't part of their job, but they were so willing to assist, showing genuine warmth and kindness. On top of that, the location and surrounding...
the hotel is clean, staffs are helpful and kind. It is a great experenice staying at this hotel.
Not a bad hotel! But when I asked for a room with any kind of view, I got a wall. There was no view of the tower, I guess maybe there are specific rooms for that.
Location is perfect for a morning walk to Eiffel Tower. Fresh fruits market and cafe serves good ice cream it’s just next to hotel. Safe night walk back to hotel, surrounding well-lit and taxi alight at hotel doorstep. Hotel has elevator but not big, enough to get luggage through. Great wifi (work purpose) and YouTube (TV). I will be back. Recommended this hotel.
This is highly recommended for its size (we are a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids). It is located at a street that has both restaurants and supermarkets and within 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The bathtub was an added bonus too!

Overall is nice, we have small balcony and it’s very clean, friendly staff too, highly recommend
Good place,confortable,all workers so profesional,good breakfast,room clear,clean,
Our room and bathroom were small but clean and comfortable. Beds were good, air con worked but was a tad noisy. Shower a good size but floor got slippery once body wash was used. Great location, great service.
The shower was clogged, our room had a weird odor to it, and we woke up super stuffy
Convenient locatuon. Beds could be more comfortable though.
The shower tub combination was difficult to figure out. And no one could attend to it until the next working day. Sometimes it best to keep plumbing fixtures simple for ease of use. On a positive note, you are steps away from Gare de est making it extremely convenient to get to any part of the city on the metro including the airport. Great connectivity. We stayed 2 nights there as we needed to get...
The breakfast selection was limited. The location was decent (very close to the subway station, near the East Railway Station), but there were a lot of Black people there, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling alone. The surrounding environment was rather ordinary, a bit dirty and messy.
Great access to metro, breakfast was simple but we'll executed.

Incredible location (doors away from great places to eat), friendly staff, lovely personal touches, and as part of the Astotel group you have reliable standard features. We felt warmly welcomed upon arrival and warmly ‘sent off’ upon departure, from our holiday and every time we went out and returned. Highly recommend.
Great stay! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect, and my single room was stylish, quiet, and had everything I needed. Excellent value for money – I’d definitely stay here again.
Absolutely a great choice! The hotel covered all my needs for my trip to Paris! The staff is extremely kind and helpful! The room, as the rest of the areas of the hotel, was spotless and with a few welcome gifts! Very cosy and with a character! Breakfast was wonderful, with a great variaty! Location also great, with a lot of local diners! Close to a metro station, which makes your tour easy to fulfill...
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm welcome at the reception to the excellent service throughout our visit. My experience was acceptional!! The room was clean and all that we needed, and well priced. It was helpful to have an elevator to get our heavy suitcases up to our room, and a mini bar fridge for leftover meals. The hotel is surrounded by lots of Brasseries, Bistrots and Bolangerie/Patisserie (Aux Delices Du Moulin, delicious and a wonderful variety) that is a 30 second walk from the hotel which...
I was prepared for it being Montmartre, but the slope was quite steep, so if you're rolling a suitcase, I recommend taking the bus. At the entrance, there were free drinks and snacks available for you to enjoy in your room, which was a nice service. There was also a drink service in the room, a refrigerator, and a large TV, so I was able to relax.

It was a nice stay for 3 days in Paris. It would be better if we were staying in a room in a higher floor.
The room is clean and the location is perfect. But it is just a bit small and the elevator is a bit scary.
The room was small, which I could overlook, but the equipment was so old-fashioned – the kind where you have to insert a card to open the door. The card itself was unreliable; on the first day, the door was already hard to open, and by the second and third nights, I couldn't open it at all. I had to go downstairs to the front desk (and I was on the 5th floor in China!), which was incredibly frustrating...
I really liked the hotel's location. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I didn't like the breakfast, which we paid extra for; it was very meager.
I stay 2 nights at the hotel and overall it was an OK experience, but far from satisfaction. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but it seems they lack of flexibility to turn the situation toward a satisfaction. The room where I stayed was on 3rd floor, very bright with full of lights from the glass window on both main (bed) room and the bathroom. But it was quite freezing. The heater in...
So close to the Austerlitz station, Metro 10 and C. Great location coming from the CDG and to go to any tourist attractions. There are lots of nice restaurants on the street in front of the hotel. We visited Paris in November and stayed at La Paix République. This place is great! The front desk clerk (I wish I got his name) was so nice and so helpful. He had a great personality. The location is the best! The area is not too crowded, and very easy to get around to the other part of town. Metro is just right by the hotel. There are a lot of food choices around the hotel. Rafix and all the staffs are so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!
Perfect location, friendly staff, great rooms. It can be a bit noisy during the night but it didn't really disturb our sleep or bother us. Wifi is also not the best, but we were only at the hotel to sleep so it wasn't a big deal. For us the pros completely outweighed the cons and we would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Paris.
I have just stayed there from September 17 to 27, 2025. Good location and easy for taking a metro. I got a nice room 602 view a wonderful view of the Sacred Coeur. The daytime staff is very friendly and nice. Especially, madame took care of the room selection with a reasonable price. I do enjoy my stay. Merci beaucoup.
I stayed here in September with my wife for a city break,we picked this hotel for the location, and we where not disappointed right by a large square with plenty of shops and restaurants. The Meto was just out side the hotel and you could get anywhere in paris from here. The staff on the hotel reception where really helpful and polite. The room was nice ,clean and spacious.
We absolutely loved this place!! The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The location is perfect. They arranged transportation for us to get back to the airport well in advance so there was no concern on the morning of our departure. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the region. Merci!!

Location is perfect. Service was good. Hotel is near to nice restaurants and within walking distance to shopping mall and supermarket.
Super close to the Louvre, very convenient to walk there. The room was small but had everything you needed. Breakfast was standard, pretty much what you'd expect from a continental spread. It would be perfect if the shower stall was just one square meter larger.
To the weary traveller: Parking: Parking Indigo Paris Croix Des Petits Champs, 45€/day. Hotel advertizes parking on some websites, it does not have on-site parking. Check-in was smooth. The hotel is small, has a small dining room with 15 tables. Breakfast is 7am-onwards and is adequate- I did not know the price as it was ingluded with the room. Concierge was kind and respectful, gave us directions...
Very poor soundproofing, will usually be woken up when neighbours come in/out to/from their room.
The location of the hotel is excellent — it’s only a five-minute walk to the Louvre and very close to two metro lines, which made getting around the city very easy. The staff was kind and understanding; when we were given a room on the 5th floor, we were quite scared to use the very old and tiny elevator, and they kindly moved us to a room on the 1st floor. Convenient location near restaurants and metro (though a short hill walk), and the front desk was very accommodating with room placement.

The hotel hallways are quite dim. It's about a 30-minute drive from central Paris. Breakfast is very basic. Rooms are on the second floor and up, so you'll have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs as the elevator is really tiny.
The room was a bit small, making it hard to open a large suitcase. However, the bathroom was spacious enough with a separate shower and toilet in its own cubicle. Stayed in this small yet very nice hotel for a week - and this was totally positive experience. Friendly staff and clean (though pretty small) rooms, tasty breakfast and good location in a quiet street but close to metro and many good restaurants. Thank you a lot for this pleasant stay.

The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. Its location is also good, with convenient access to the subway. While the RER B airport line is about a 10-15 minute walk away, it's manageable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the price was reasonable. Overall, a very good experience.
