Paris, 273 Av. Daumesnil, 12th arrondissement-Reuilly (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great hotel, clean and cozy. Conveniently located – close to restaurants, shops, a market, and the metro. Good price.
Room was nice and it had space for your big luggages (max 2 pieces). The ambience around the hotel was good because it’s not far from metro. In contrast, At night I heard a noise of motorcycles and people talking. Plus, there was only one or two staff at the reception if you want something you should go the lobby. Unfortunately, the reception number didn’t work for me.
This hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Metro Line 8, which makes sightseeing super convenient. The staff are really friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained and very clean. The only downside is that the room gets really dry when the air conditioning is on in winter.
Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, a little far from the city center, there's a subway station right in front of the hotel, so sightseeing wasn't a problem. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was organic and the bread was delicious. There were supermarkets and delicious bistros nearby, making for a very satisfying trip to Paris. The value for money was also excellent. If you...
Good location but the subway nearby is a little bit annoying during very late night. Reception friendly and helpful. Lovely Room.
For this price point and the service and quality I received, I give it a high score. The room, from the outside to the inside, gave me a very retro French feel. Transportation and the property are very close to the subway, and the front desk service was very pleasant. Overall, I think the value is excellent. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and quiet, with many authentic local shops worth visiting...

We absolutely loved this place!! The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The location is perfect. They arranged transportation for us to get back to the airport well in advance so there was no concern on the morning of our departure. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the region. Merci!!
This is a good hotel, very fairly priced, in the heart of Paris. Absolutely enjoyed the stay. Quite good breakfast buffet.
Stayed here in 2015 for 10 days. Avery good room with a excellent continental breakfast. Great front desk staff.
Close to the metro and Gare Nord.

We stayed for 6 nights with my friend. The place was very nice and clean. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Cleanliness 5/5, location 5/5, there’s 24/7 available coffee at the entrance, and the rooms are secure since the main entrance door opens only with the room card. Reception service 5/5 from everyone.
I’m giving 4/5 stars because the rooms are very small, and although the hotel breakfast...
Pros:
The location is excellent—close to the metro and Montmartre. The hotel is situated on a quiet street with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Although the rooms are small, they are very tastefully decorated.
Cons:
The main drawback was the mattress, which was extremely soft and uncomfortable, causing back pain. Additionally, there was an issue at checkout where we were mistakenly charged...
A great stay, easy access to the subway with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff are friendly and helpful, someone is always at the front. The nespresso machine in the lobby was an awesome addition during my stay! Would rebook for my next visit to Paris.
We booked a room with twin beds. These were in need of replacement and of poor quality. We stayed on the 5th floor (highest), which meant we had high ceilings, but the room was very small. We barely had room to put our suitcases. Hygienic conditions were okay. There were signs of rust at the bottom of the shower. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The breakfast room was quite small but cozy.
Hotel Rendez vous is in a quiet location and is inexpensive for Paris. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Clichy metro station. We stayed 4 nights for a couples weekend. The bathroom offered very hot water and great water pressure. We stayed in the 2nd building which was a few doors down from the main building. This was not an issue for us, but you might not want to walk outside if it is pouring raining...

Reception kind and helflugt but the service at breakfast was good om Friday but the rest of the stay the breakfast buffet was not full and service not good.
Lovely hotel, I recommend it. Great location, the neighborhood is very nice and it's just steps from the metro.
I appreciate the gesture of giving us the best available room for the price paid.
It’s a very nice and clean hotel, in a very convenient location for foods ans transportation. Particularly close to a wonderful Saturday market. Highly recommend!
Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. The room wasn't particularly comfortable, but it was well-organized. However, there wasn't enough space to open two suitcases. The location was convenient, with subway and bus stops nearby, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Aside from the small size of the room and the lack of a refrigerator, there were no major inconveniences during my stay
The location is excellent just few mins away from the station.
The room is small. The toilet is small too and you cannot enjoy the shower if you are a big guy.
The reception is nice though.

I was prepared for it being Montmartre, but the slope was quite steep, so if you're rolling a suitcase, I recommend taking the bus. At the entrance, there were free drinks and snacks available for you to enjoy in your room, which was a nice service. There was also a drink service in the room, a refrigerator, and a large TV, so I was able to relax.
Charming hotel near Montmartre, metro station next door, a 10 in every way
The location is good as it is near the metro station, restaurants and supermarket. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The room is clean but it is too small to fit two big luggage.
從倫敦坐Eurostar去巴黎睇奧運。離巴黎北站步行20分鐘可達;步行到巴黎歌劇院也差不多20分鐘。酒店基本沒有設施,提供基本早餐。對只打算過夜睡覺的足夠了。
The room is small but clean, and the cleaning is done well every day. There are fruit snacks and coffee downstairs. There are also drinks in the refrigerator. The location is very good and safe. It is close to the Moulin Rouge and close to Montmartre. You must go.
Strategic location. Worth the money

We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Leveque.
The location of this hotel is perfect, close to many different restaurants and transport links. 17 min walk from the Eiffel tower. It is about at 1 hr from CDG airport.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had the basics which was fine for a 1 night stay, they have the smallest lift I have ever seen but since it we stayed for one night an didn't have...
I accidentally left a document in my room when I checked out. Unfortunately, by the time they notified me, I was already on a train to Germany. However, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, scanning the document and emailing it to me multiple times. This wasn't part of their job, but they were so willing to assist, showing genuine warmth and kindness. On top of that, the location and surrounding...
the hotel is clean, staffs are helpful and kind. It is a great experenice staying at this hotel.
Not a bad hotel! But when I asked for a room with any kind of view, I got a wall. There was no view of the tower, I guess maybe there are specific rooms for that.
Location is perfect for a morning walk to Eiffel Tower. Fresh fruits market and cafe serves good ice cream it’s just next to hotel. Safe night walk back to hotel, surrounding well-lit and taxi alight at hotel doorstep. Hotel has elevator but not big, enough to get luggage through. Great wifi (work purpose) and YouTube (TV). I will be back. Recommended this hotel.
This is highly recommended for its size (we are a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids). It is located at a street that has both restaurants and supermarkets and within 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The bathtub was an added bonus too!

Very relaxing environment
The breakfast was amazing..
The room had a strong, foul-smelling odor, and the carpet was in poor condition and smelled bad. The service staff needed better, and the front desk staff were very attentive.
The hotel had everything I needed for my short weekend stay in Paris. I appreciated the free tea and carrot cake that was on offer everyday, and the fresh orange juice at breakfast. Staff were friendly. Conveniently located near the metro.
The hotel is stylish and chic, with free waters, coffee , selection of tea to greet and use through out your stay. Nice place to stay in a perfectly good location for Paris. I had no complaints.
Nice little hotel. I was with my Dad who was in a wheelchair. The step at the front was too big for me to get the chair up so we had to get him out of the chair and up the step. The next day they proudly met us at the door with a ramp they had obviously been out and got for us. Hotel was basic but service was excellent.
Extreme heat even though we had a fan available
Good location. 20 minutes as the crow flies and you are on the Seine River. The rooms are small but quite enough for two. The staff is very friendly. We would stay at this hotel again!
There are pros and cons for the price.
The location is pretty good. It's close to the center and the station is within a 10-minute walk.
The staff are kind. By chance, they let me in before check-in time.
I think the room was well-cleaned.
However, maybe because it's an old hotel, the windows didn't close properly and we could hear the noise outside. There was a gap in the door and the walls were thin...
When I tried to express a few remarks about the room, television stuck on one channel and broken remote control, leak in the shower tray, the receptionist just told me that at the price of my reservation I shouldn't expect anything better. The shower tub combination was difficult to figure out. And no one could attend to it until the next working day. Sometimes it best to keep plumbing fixtures simple for ease of use.

The breakfast selection was limited. The location was decent (very close to the subway station, near the East Railway Station), but there were a lot of Black people there, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling alone. The surrounding environment was rather ordinary, a bit dirty and messy.
Great access to metro, breakfast was simple but we'll executed.

The hotel is located between the Marais and Beaubourg districts in central Paris, about a 10-minute walk from the Pompidou Center and a direct metro ride to the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. Super close to the Louvre, very convenient to walk there. The room was small but had everything you needed. Breakfast was standard, pretty much what you'd expect from a continental spread. It would be perfect if the shower stall was just one square meter larger.
To the weary traveller:
Parking: Parking Indigo Paris Croix Des Petits Champs, 45€/day. Hotel advertizes parking on some websites, it does not have on-site parking.
Check-in was smooth. The hotel is small, has a small dining room with 15 tables. Breakfast is 7am-onwards and is adequate- I did not know the price as it was ingluded with the room. Concierge was kind and respectful, gave us directions...
Very poor soundproofing, will usually be woken up when neighbours come in/out to/from their room.
The location of the hotel is excellent — it’s only a five-minute walk to the Louvre and very close to two metro lines, which made getting around the city very easy. The staff was kind and understanding; when we were given a room on the 5th floor, we were quite scared to use the very old and tiny elevator, and they kindly moved us to a room on the 1st floor.
However, the building itself is very old...
Very convenient location, small but clean and silent. Wished they had some bottled water available in the room.

Very good location and friendly stuff.Room was clean and overall not noisy.
The hotel is well located. The breakfasts are modest; one day there wasn't even any dark bread. They cleaned it every day, and the room was more or less the same size, but this is Paris, after all.
The room was pitifully small, but that seems to be the case in Paris. The cleanliness was so-so, and the elevator was tiny too. Oh well, we'll just have to make do.
Basic rooms, but good location. The staff was friendly. The elevator is a bit strange, though; it's very old and jerky when it stops.
The hotel is small but well-equipped. It is in a prime location, a 10-minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and a 5-minute walk to the Fifth Street of the Saint-Germain.
Front desk, -John wad unfriendly and unhelpful. Not a good impression for anyone checking in, especially aftr a ling flight. Location is very good but that's it. Double charged for city tax twice on the same day., and had to follow up multiple times just to get him to find and own his mistake. Most unhelpful. Only good for location and nothing else'.

The location is perfect, just next to the Lafayette. The room size is just fit, toilet is clean. The only thing I don’t like is the bath towel, hence I bring my own, so I’ve no complaint about towel.
