This is a good hotel. The location is great for walking around and close to several metro lines. My room was small but it was only me, so the size was perfect. Breakfast is included, and the staff is very nice. They held my luggage after check out at no extra cost. The only negative was that I could hear noise from outside late at night.

Great location, only a 3-minute walk to the metro. Breakfasts are good. However, the soundproofing in the room is non-existent; you can hear people going to the toilet in the next room, and when water runs, it sounds like it's in your own room. Second time staying here. Location wise, Butte-aux-Cailles is relatively quiet and less "touristy", but has some decent bars and restaurants. Dated and basic hotel with no air conditioning. Not the cleanest or quietest but saved me with a last minute room when all other hotels nearby were fully booked. The price was higher than if it had been bought in advance and definitely doesn't deserve a 3 stars rating as it's more like a 1-star hotel.

Impeccably clean and comfortable hotel with lovely staff. We only stayed for one night, but found it to be perfect for a quick stopover.
