If you are booking online, they will charge 20% extra even for cash payment at reception. If you say this is a cheating. then they will start to throw away your lugguage. One staff has been fined over 700 usd by police for her rude behavior.

Small hotel with small rooms, very dirty inside, very dark rooms. Good night for one night

On arrival owner demanded more money to which I refused. He asked me to cancel the reservation to which again I refused.
As I started to walk off he agreed to give me the room. At checkout i wasn't given any receipt and declared as no show by the owner.
Room was ok with attached bath and a small shared kitchen.
One of the female staff was very rude and kept on murmuring.

Very good hotel and clean and friendly people good wifi as well, and I didn't need to take taxi to go to the sea , it just 5 minutes from the hotel to the sea ?

Here the situation is very bad. Something stinks. And a lot of fleas. If you say this to the owner, he will kick you out of there.
