Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with 3 children 14-13-6 years olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks. I highly recommend to you to visit and enjoy with their facilities and superior services they ganna give you.

After long day and journey, I can stay at hotel lounge and enjoying with coffee and sweets alone, and my family were inside rooms.  Thanks for making our visit that much better.
I will come back definitely.

Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

Please don’t book here , after dinner(whole family of 9 ppl ) we came back late at 12 and the hotel doors were closed and had to knock and bang the glass door and also made many call me to the reception after 20 mins the receptionist ( male) came out from the bar drunk , also didn’t even say sorry. Also from early morning at 3;00 am fire alarm was out for half hour and the hostel staff didn’t have any idea to turn it off.
Very bad experience 😡😡
