Really lovely people but the room is not deluxe. There is a lot of mold the hearing in living room is ok but if you open the doors to the very cold bathroom ( to get the temperature up to 10 degrees) then the temperature drops to 15 degree. In winter this is unacceptable for me. Even 5€ for this room is to much. Don't recommend. The people are really great though. They gave me breakfast even though I did not ask that.

Liza and her husband Arto are warm and talkative. It's a family-friendly atmosphere, like a guesthouse. The price is reasonable. It won't meet the expectations of those seeking luxury.

We had a wonderful time at Lizas hotel, her place pet friendly, have cozy garden and delicious breakfast. Calm and peaceful area, recommend to visit.

Hospitable friendly hosts, very cozy! Mzeda, the hostess for the kids cooked porridge for breakfast (bechplano she won’t take any money for it) homemade wine and fruit drink mm mm ..... And at our request to cook Georgian dinner Satsovi it was divine, home-made potatoes from the garden, cucumbers tomatoes from the garden))))) And what a garden. !!!! Children and bicycles and swings, my daughter who does not understand Georgian, played with the granddaughter of the hosts, and she, in turn, does not understand Russian and Kazakh! It was very nice to feel such comfort while away from home !!!!!! Thanks to the owners! !!!!!

Great hotel with very hospitable hosts. Rested in June with my son and friends. All liked it. A quiet and peaceful place with a huge garden and birds singing in the morning and with a delicious breakfast. In the evening we were treated to wine and told a little about the history of Georgia. Before leaving, the hosts also gave the gifts. It was comfortable. After long walks through the night Batumi, and we went on foot, basically, we had to return late. The hosts met us every night, wondered if everything was good and advised what other places to visit, what to see. We felt like guests who are very welcome
