Worth it’s value when it comes to apartment rental. Clean room with balcony and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is included between hours of 9-11. The rooftop got too hot after 11:30 so the space is not usable as a lounge even in the evening. 7 min walk to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. It’s rather quiet at night which makes it a good spot for families. Staff is friendly

We bought 3 rooms with a sea view through Boking for 5 people, checking in on November 15th. We arrived at 10:30 PM. The address was insufficient, the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, the seller didn't bother to give the room number, ORBI C BLOCK, knowingly. We called repeatedly, he didn't answer, he didn't call back. We were scammed. We barely found another room in the same building, also through Boking, so we all had to sleep in the same place. We appealed, but this person doesn't even respond to Boking. Don't lose your money, there are 19 apartments in this building.

We liked the hotel's location; it's a short walk to the beach, the Ferris wheel, and the park.
It had a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a refrigerator. The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was decent, filling, and took me back to my Soviet childhood (I had sausage and pasta, egg, and tea), along with fruit (we were there in June).
The mattress was very comfortable, which is key for us when traveling.
Our room also had a balcony, which is convenient.
The friendly hotel manager asked which side we wanted our room on. It was a bit noisy at night, but it's a neighborhood with motorcyclists and cars, so it can't be helped, but everything is close by.
Cons: No coffee machine. I would have gotten at least an inexpensive one. There weren't enough outlets. We had one near the bed in room 603, but we had four gadgets. We found a second outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer, but we had to leave our phone in the bathroom overnight, which was a bit of a letdown.

A hotel that is considered modest and suitable for people who are looking for sleep only and not stay long in it. It is 1 km away from the Boulevard Park adjacent to the sea, so housing in it is more suitable for young people than others.

A beautiful facade (on one side only!) Hides behind itself a very low category hotel. Room looks like a klopovnik. In the bathroom there is no curtain, while taking a shower, everything gets wet and as a result, there is a stench and the smell of mold in the bathroom! Very dim lighting in the room. A separate item - the hotel staff. Upon arrival, we were met by a person who speaks neither English nor Russian. I had to talk on the phone with a woman to discuss the settlement. And what to discuss was - instead of a double room with 1 bed, which we booked on the booking, we were given a room with 2 beds (well, at least they can be moved). The impression remains depressing. I do not advise to stay in this hotel. better pay some money and find something better.

Normal standard breakfast. Distance from the sea 15-20 minutes on foot.
Lame cleaning. Personally, no one cleaned our room for 3 days.
There is no 24/7 receptionist. Theoretically it is. You almost never find it...
