Location is everything! In the core of old town, so close too many sights. Rooms are specious and clean. They don't have shower gel, but this was not disturb me that much. Parking is possible to find in the area for free, but it depends if you are lucky. We stayed 2 nights, and parked car once 50 meters from the apartment and other 3 times about 300-350 meters from it. But that is how it works in Batumi, so many cars...

Strategic location with spacious yet quiet room right in the heart of the city. The owner was helpful and kind enough to let us leave our luggage for some hours to roam the city. Limited communication in English though. The only cons I may leave here is the standard of cleanliness of the bathroom.

Extremely friendly owners ( Georgian or Russian, but also a little English), quite and peaceful backyard with many plants and a relaxing common area outside. Rooms simple, but absolutely sufficient. Right in the old center, perfect location.

What a great little haven in Batumi. A nondescript entrance hides this little clean, quiet hotel from the busy outside. Close to most sites, close to food, shops and bars. Comfortable rooms with aircon and fridge.

Lovely place. Very clean apartment. The owners are very kind. They offered us coffee and checked if all what we needed was provided. They even left us extra clean towels on the table outside the apartment while we were away. We got a good night sleep on the comfy clean beds. Ac, refrigerator and hair dryer, water boiler, plates, glasses were provided. At night when it was raining we sat outside the apartment in the beautiful semi garden and enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely book Batumi summer hotel next time we visit.

Peace and quit place. Rooms are very clean, not so expansive in the old part of Batumi. You can go everywhere by foot from this place. The host is very pleasant and always wiling to help
