HOTEL TESA in Gonio

So first of all the food was very bad. It’s the same food pretty much every meal and we only got chicken once.
Second of all the service was very bad. They cleaned the rooms exactly 0 times and i stayed here for 6 days. They also didn’t change the towels or empty the trash cans.
The swimming pool. You couldn’t do anything, you pretty much had to be silent and couldn’t have fun in there.
And the cherry on top of the cake, when we left, they came down screaming at us. They wanted to charge us money for the towels we left on the bathroom floor(We left them on the floor, because they didn’t clean the rooms and the shower made the entire floor wet), because the floor made them dirty.
There were some good things too. The view was pretty good and fortunately the “hotel” was very close to a beautiful beach. Also there was two shops nesr and a really godo shawarma place, but save some time if you ho there, they take a long time to serve you.
So in conclusion, we had a catastrophic experience and it colossally overwhelmed our mental health and change our point of view of Georgia.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this place at all.

The hotel is really new. Good mattresses. Working condo. Bathroom fixtures are clean. Perhaps that's where the positives end.
The staff speaks only Georgian. English is not at all. Very weak in Russian. All payments are in cash only. If you get a room with windows "to the garden" or "to the pool" - this means that you will enjoy the noise from the road, on which trucks drive around the clock. 60 meters to the road. In the evening they can light a barbecue and the smoke will go to your windows. Tightly closed windows won't help.
The sound in the room is excellent. Everything that happens in the corridor or on the street you will clearly hear.
The bathroom is small and when taking a shower you will definitely fill it completely.
The room has a refrigerator, also new. There is no kettle, no dishes. There is no chair or armchair either. There was also no drinking water.
For breakfast, only instant coffee. Tea bags and just water. Juices, no fruit drinks. Distribution line with a choice of 5-6 elements. No, not a buffet. Everything tastes pretty average.
The road to the beach is a primer - after the rain it is solid mud. You can get around only on the road with trucks. The edge is very narrow. It was hard to walk with my son in a wheelchair.
Planned to stay as a family for 5 nights, but booked another hotel after the first evening.
