No room service besides they pick bad room for staying in the hotel.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, there was no shampoo, no gel, no soap. There were no slippers either, I tried to walk around the room barefoot, dust stuck, so I had to walk in my flip-flops. The glass wall in the shower was dirty. There was no clothes dryer either, but there was a washing machine.
The windows did not look out onto the sea, but onto the backyard.
If all these shortcomings are eliminated, the room looks decent, the bed is clean.

Water was cut off, science was not working, they do not know Russian

We rented a room at a very low price, so it's a sin to complain. But there are some flaws in the room that should be fixed. A broken bed, a crack in the bathroom, but these are minor things. We had a penthouse with a sea view! I recommend it

It is the best hotel a person can go to in Batumi. They do not have luggage service and they do not have any service at all. They are very bad.
