Overall we liked it. Pros: friendly staff, cleanliness and daily cleaning, very tasty and varied breakfasts, good coffee, located close to the sea
Cons: the room was next to the storeroom, the staff's conversations were very audible. The shower stall leaked a lot, the toilet clogged several times (but this was quickly resolved). In the restaurant, the tablecloths, when you come for breakfast, are often...
It's incredibly difficult to find. My taxi driver made several trips back and forth before I finally found it. The main issue is the unremarkable facade; it's essentially just an old apartment building. As a result, each room has a completely different layout. We rented two rooms, and even though they were on the same floor, they were very different. The amenities were average, and the toilet had a...
Stayed for two nights on October 5-6. The room is spacious and has a balcony. The facilities are simple but practical. The breakfast is rich and you can enjoy the Black Sea view outside the window while eating. It is very convenient to travel. There is a commercial street on the left and the seaside avenue on the right. Parking is available in front of the door. The front desk staff is very friendly...
The family suite is spacious with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Black Sea. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is quite rich, and the price/performance ratio of 200r is too high!

Excellent hotel, the main advantage is the location near the sulfur baths, close to popular restaurants and departure points for tourist excursions. The breakfast is European, hearty, varied. The hotel staff is responsive, they helped us with a corkscrew and an iron.
By the standards of neighboring hotels and the room stock of Tbilisi - a good value for money.
Everything was superb (location, cleanliness, breakfast provided) except the toilet has unpleasant smell. I hope they can improve on it
Good location but no parking and the bathroom has sewer smell
Georgia is heaven, lets not talk about the country, but Ivani hotel is great. the location cannot be better, the pavements through the ways, feels like a movie, it is an expedition every where you wish to go. Bars, restaurants, churches, Bazar... every where is a scenery. Rooms are cozy and the windows perspectives are breathtaking. staff were kind and professional and the best part was breakfast,...
Good location. Friendly staffs, especially Mr. Aram. Clean room. Small room but ok. No mini bar but ok. Breakfast can be improved. A little noisy place and neighbors, especially their dogs. Have a little balcony for using publicity. I love this balcony.
A pleasant place in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable and atmospheric.

Seems that hotel usey to be very well designed and constructed but with time not maintened. Rain dripping water at the very entrance is actual evidence of this. Rooms here are nice large and well equipped but again, water tap was out of order, the celaning of the bathroom was extremely poor. To say nothing of the towels which were omitted in my room. The season is low so it feels that everything is...
Well, taking into consideration the place and the conditions were is located, services and facilities aren't so bad 😊. Bed was comfortable and the room at 5th floor cosy... the only negative point was the breakfast starting to late which I didn't have the opportunity to try... communication in English is also a challenge but in the end you make yourself understand...
Great place. U can enjoy playing biliard too.
The best option in Poti. Good location near to the beach. The staff is very kind, if you are a tourist they will help you to organize your time in the area. Recommended !

For the price, the hotel is decent.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, the rooms were comfortable, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The location was convenient, and the price was good. The staff were friendly. The only minor drawback was that there were no bath towels in the room; hopefully, they can be provided in the future, which would make it perfect. Overall, I would highly...
A nice, cozy room with a large balcony, well-furnished, and clean. The only thing was some marks on the walls, probably from moving furniture. But it didn't spoil the overall experience.
If you compare it to a Japanese business hotel, it's 5 stars. By global standards, it's 3 stars. So, I rated it 4 stars. The value for money is excellent. As of 2025, I doubt there are many hotels in Asian cities that offer this quality for this price. It's not luxurious, but for someone with Japanese sensibilities, it's a perfectly fine hotel.
The owner, Slab, is incredibly hardworking and kind....

Perfect location! Nice and quiet at night, the workers are very accommodating and polite. Quite good range of food, had options for vegetarians too. Room was clean and neat.
The hotel is nice, but there are significant minuses. This is the smell of sewage and the lack of parking, and to park a car even nearby is a quest, but this is forgivable, since the hotel simply does not have a territory for parking, but the spoiled impression from the smell of sewage can be eliminated. We walked around the city and did not close the door to the bathroom (the windows were open), returning...
Great location. 10 minutes to the old town. 10 minutes to Rustaveli square. 15 minutes to the bridge. The hotel has great breakfasts. The rooms are great. The beds are big. The main thing is the mattress is good.
The room is very clean. The hotel is very good. The front desk is very friendly. The hotel facilities are complete. The bedding is very clean. The hygiene is very good. I will stay in this hotel again next time. It is the best choice for travel and business trips

Decent hotel, very good room, but service is lazy. There are very limited options for vegetarians, cooks and restaurant staff are not very accommodating, for everything they would say its finished. Location is good.
Located in Old Batumi. Nice and quite.
Street are small so parking is an issue.
Breakfast was okay. Limited options for vegan people.
Great hotel. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Great location. Walking distance to most major touristic hotspots. I would 100% stay here again if I go back to Batumi.
Good day! We liked everything! Convenient location, good breakfasts, daily cleaning. Everything is great! We stayed in room 204. The balcony door in the room does not work well, we asked to fix it, but during our stay, the door was not fixed. This is the only small minus). We wish the hotel prosperity! Thank you.
Lovely boutique hotel close to all the main attractions in Batumi. Well-equipped rooms, welcoming staff and a great breakfast! We had a stunning view of the city from our balcony too (Suite, City View)
It seems that no one has posted about the breakfast in this hotel, right? I'll send one! The variety is very complete, everything you should have. The room was large and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay at Schuchmann. We did 2 nights- one night with the deluxe package including dinner and Wine Spa. This is a great deal if you plan on using the Wine Spa. Our other night we did a regular rate. The grounds are very nice. Standard buffet breakfast included.
I was here for a corporate party, it was an amazing experience. We stayed in one of the villas which was spacious. The food was amazing, included wine tasting of 4 different wines. We went during Rtveli so we had great fun with wine-picking activity, but we also had a really great factory excursion and bread-baking masterclass/workshop. Pool and jacuzzi was a nice extra
We had the pleasure of staying at Schuchmann Wines Chateau, Villas & SPA for 3 nights, and it completely exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The room was spacious and clean, we had a cosy balcony where you could enjoy the sunshine in the morning. We used a swimming pool and wine spa with a wine bath and massage and it was fantastic. Also, we took a wine tour and tasted different types of wine made at the premises. The restaurant offered delicious food. The view on Caucasus is breathtaking.
Just one thing...
The villa offers a remarkable view, accompanied by outstanding staff, excellent cuisine and a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay outstanding. I really had great time❤️
We had a two night stay and were upgraded to a family room (Room 1) which had two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Rooms are simply furnished but functional, perhaps a bit outdated and dark and could do with a room safe. Our room had a separate sitting room as well. We loved this stylish hotel in Tbilisi. I highly recommend if you appreciate a unique style/devor, cozy rooms, and a wonderful location.
We stayed in the architects suite and it was amazing. The room was very stylish and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was really helpful and friendly and the manager of the hotel helped us with paying for street parking (which was a bit complicated). The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay there!
I had a great stay here! As soon as I entered I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who were very keen to answer all of my question about the area, the hotel is really close to everything. Minuses noted: during breakfast you can not basically tell to a cook directly, which way you prefer eggs to be cooked (scramble, shakshuka, etc), so you have to tell it to personell first, then they will pass your choice to the cook (even though he understands English). Such a cool vibe in this hotel. I don't usually like boutique hotels and choose chain ones (they're more reliable), but my friend saw the Insta of the hotel and we were excited. This is one of the coolest places in Tbilisi
As a solo traveler I find this boutique hotel very attractive and safe place to visit in Tbilisi. Staff was super friendly and helped me book a Taxi anywhere I needed to. I got tons of advice on what to see and visit in Tbilisi. This place is chic, modern and definitely unique - something you'll rarely discover elsewhere in the city.
The most unique concept in entire Tbilisi. The hotel is not big, it's a very typical boutique hotel in Georgia with design hotel features. It is very clean but in a bit busy neighborhood.
10/10 for a couple's weekend getaway. The atmosphere is intimate yet stylish, with soft lighting, thoughtful details, and a calm energy that lets you truly unwind. The location is perfect — close enough to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like a private escape. Highly recommended for couples. 💙
