The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. The 'balcony' is just a landing on the fire escape with an office chair 😅😂 Otherwise, it's alright. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is basic but fine.

Stayed there for around 4 days. Very comfortable and cozy, definitely would recommend to go to if you want a hotel that’s close to almost everywhere. The food is amazing, staff is lovely and very welcoming, the only issue i have is that the streets are sometimes really crowdy, but that’s generally Vake area issue.

Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm.

Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable. My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups. This is not what I expect from any good hotel

This hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. We could easily walk to the metro, many eateries were close by, it was safe and easy to walk or ride from Liberty Square. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was young and very courteous. Service was good, our room was cleaned daily, the elevator worked well and we had everything we needed.

Very well-located hotel in the old town. It is located a five minute walk from Freedom Square and ten minutes from the Peace Bridge. Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. We spent only one night at Grand Palace Hotel, but the hospitality left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a friend’s birthday by arranging a cake. The team at the reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming. A short stay, but a very memorable one.

When we got to the hotel, they told us the hotel was full so they had to move us to another hotel and it took two hours, and I am not happy about it. The breakfast on the other Hotel was not as good as grand Palace to PC.

I booked five rooms for two days, starting August 9th, but only four were available. The hotel claimed it was Trip.com's mistake and denied responsibility. I had no choice but to pay an additional $200 and stay in a vacant suite for two nights. I even called the police to complain, a truly absurd experience. Trip.com didn't answer my calls or respond to my emails. I demand an apology and compensation...

The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and you can see the snow-capped mountains directly.

The room faces the Holy Trinity Church. The lights of the church after dark are amazing. The small roads in the town are a bit difficult to navigate, but once you find the place, it is still convenient to drive. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

The outdoor lobby on the first floor offers a truly stunning view of the surrounding nature. And the breakfast was delicious. Despite being located in a remote rural area, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. If you enjoy wandering alone late at night, be aware that the area around this property is quite dark.

It’s the perfect base for visiting the Vardzia Cave Monastery which is a unique experience. The restaurant is not expensive with draft wine and wonderful food.

Kind of sad, since it was really well equipped. My reading light didn't work beside my bed, which was annoying since I had to light up the whole room to read, not letting my husband sleep in peace.
