Pros: Unique and comfortable accommodation in a qvevri. Quiet area. Pool available.
Cons: Poorly maintained grounds, poor food.
I like it. The facilities are great, the environment and scenery are beautiful, and the receptionist speaks fluent English.
The room door is beautiful.
The only problem is there are too many big dogs.
It's scary.
We stayed in a building, and as soon as we walked out we saw rows of pottery jars, each with a glass door facing a vineyard. There was an outdoor swimming pool, and the sunset was beautiful. The hotel service was good, clean, and the environment was good. The surrounding area is a bit deserted, so it is not easy to find, so pay attention to the road signs.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The only problem we had is the restaurant that took very long time to get our food and I mean two hours long.
A nice resort hotel. Situated away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfasts are good. There's a great pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but not all have great views. For an additional fee, they offer wine tasting (35 lari) and a khachapuri-making masterclass (30 lari).

The location is great, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. We only stayed in Batumi for one night and had a train the next day. The breakfast wasn't very good, and overall, it wasn't great value for money. Don't expect a hotel experience; it's an apartment.
The location is excellent, the customer service is great, and the bar’s F&B team is very helpful. When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated.
The hotel is new and very clean.
Overall, everything was perfect.
The view from our room was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. I'd say the breakfast was acceptable, not great. Nevertheless, it's among the hotels I would consider.
My stay at the hotel was generally excellent. Everything was fine in terms of cleanliness and service.
The bathroom just needs some minor maintenance, especially the shower drain, as the water tends to pool and doesn't drain quickly.
The bathrobes were comfortable and pleasant to use.
As for breakfast, it wasn't to my liking – a common complaint I've encountered in most Georgian hotels that include...
The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 10-20 minute walk from Batumi's most vibrant beach attractions. It's clean and tidy, with relatively new furnishings.
Located in Batumi's old town, the hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the beach. The Ali and Nino statues are within walking distance, and it's also close to the cable car station and church – a truly vibrant area. However, the hotel doesn't have assigned parking, making it difficult to find a spot if you're driving; it's entirely based on luck.

I stayed at Capo Verde Hotel for 7 nights as a solo traveller and truly enjoyed my time there. The location at Green Cape, 15 km outside Batumi, is peaceful, with a public beach that’s less crowded than in the city and monitored by lifeguards. The hotel’s proximity to the Botanical Garden is a big plus — it’s a beautiful, educational place to explore, and even offers a zipline over the sea.
The breakfast...
Very beautiful family hotel! You feel right away that everything in the hotel is done with love. Every detail is thought out. There is everything in a relatively small area. And a courtyard with a play area for children, where kids can also watch turtles). You can have a nice breakfast outside or in a picturesque restaurant with huge windows and a view of the sea. With very beautiful musical accompaniment...
Very quiet, very green. Comfortable room with a nice bed, beautiful breakfast area, close to the sea and Botanical garden. Easily accessible from the city by bus or taxi
All staff are very nice and polite, they greet you and smile always, room are clean, neat, and comfortable.. breakfast is delicious, i left my flowers at room and asked for cleaning, when i came back they put them in vase 🥰 thank you so much. But i wish if there was a (wire bidet shower)(Shatafa -in arabic-)
A very nice hotel in an unbeatable location, less than five minutes’ walk to a lovely beach. The rooms are small but comfortable; they are also cleaned every day. I found the mattress and pillows great, but they might not suit some people. The staff are very friendly and polite; they helped us with anything we needed. However, the breakfast is average and the food at the hotel restaurant isn’t great...
The location is next to the Botanical Garden, so it's very beautiful. The hotel is cozy, with excellent views on the sea and green flora. The beach is in 2 minutes walk.
The rooms are very clean with comfy beds.
The staff is the best I've ever seen, very attentive with high quality service.
The restaurant food is overwhelming 🥰

I really liked the hotel, the location is excellent. The room had a terrace and was quite spacious.
all fine - great location , great room , great staff
Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable.
My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups. This is not what I expect from any good hotel
Rooms have a pretty nice style. Modern, new, very clean.
Location is perfect, but due to a major street it’s very noisy.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every...
We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The care we received was second to none, the restoration of the building was superb & the rooms fabulous. Comfortable, stylish & all round incredible. We cannot rate the hotel high enough.
Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good. The communication with hotel staff was superb via Viber and phone calls. Check in was seamless. Would stay here again!
The property is beautifully decorated. It is around the attractions. The staircase near the hotel leads to Mother of Georgia Statue. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very beautiful. The breakfast was weirdly different but still good.
Beautiful and unique, with amazing grounds and a lovely place to relax by the pool
Bit of a nightmare to find and when we did eventually arrive, carrying two heavy cases up the steeps stairs was a mission, but what do you expect when you stay in a castle?! Superb location: only a 5 min walk to the old town. The chap who checked us in was very pleasant (although communication was slightly difficult as he spoke almost no English). The hotel’s location is great, especially for skiing beginners. It’s not noisy, and there’s parking available. However, the hotel is old, and the bathroom, bed and room aren’t very good, TV is so old and has only old and not clear channels.
We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, and it was...fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, everything in the bathroom worked. Our room was exceedingly hot (in December!), and we had to keep the windows open, even after turning off the radiator. Much of the property could benefit from an update, as the carpet has seen better days.
Breakfast was also ok-- no one was going to starve...
✅Liked · The hotel is the one at the back beyond the ski rental. There was no dedicated parking except park where there's space in front of the hotel but that was not very far. The front desk was very helpful. The swimming pool is indoors but not as heated as I liked it to be. Took good 5 mins to adapt to it. The buffet breakfast is decent. The staff were very friendly and the renting ski service was amazing. The instructors were great as well and we appreciated the hotel discount that was given. The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. The 'balcony' is just a landing on the fire escape with an office chair 😅😂
Otherwise, it's alright. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is basic but fine.
The room was clean, cozy and beautiful. I come to Tbilisi on working purpose, so the presence of table was an advantage👍🏻
Also, service is good, people are polite and cleaning was everyday

Stayed there for around 4 days. Very comfortable and cozy, definitely would recommend to go to if you want a hotel that’s close to almost everywhere. The food is amazing, staff is lovely and very welcoming, the only issue i have is that the streets are sometimes really crowdy, but that’s generally Vake area issue.
The hotel's location is good: walking distance from the hill to the center and back by taxi (uphill). There are shops and cafes nearby. We were pleased with the overall experience. The hotel offers a good location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a warm, cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to the wide variety of fresh and tasty options.
The only issue we faced was the mattresses, which were not very comfortable.
Still, it’s a solid choice for a short one-night stay.
Just one word: amazing!
We loved everything: the service (kudos to Diana and the rest of the staff, waiters in the restaurant); the rooms; the view; the bathtub in the room and a sauna.
I definitely recommend this place for a stay. We came in November - we were the only family staying here - super.
The dinner and the breakfast (included) were above reproach.
Great hotel. Great staff, great breakfast. Wonderful view.
We stayed at Chateau Artwine in Kakheti for two nights to celebrate our friends’ wedding, and it was such a beautiful experience! The entire hotel was booked just for the wedding guests, which made the atmosphere feel really special and intimate.

Frankly accept for the location we were disappointed,
The hotel has a great location in the old town center, right by the river and the White Bridge. It's super convenient to walk to the central area for shopping and dining, just a few minutes away. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean, and the front desk staff were really friendly. Breakfast was a bit simple, though.
The hotel is located right next to the river with a vibrant neighbourhood. Recommended.
The hotel's location is excellent. Right downstairs, you'll find the bridge with the 'little golden man in a hat,' and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the city center. Parking spaces at the entrance are limited and not exclusively for hotel guests, but they are free.
Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations!
For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share!
The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll...
As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is.

I have been staying at this hotel for four days. Acceptable breakfast, respectful behavior of the staff, good and thorough cleaning daily, and most importantly the location of the hotel is excellent. All tourist attractions are around you. At a maximum distance of 20 minutes walking.
I stayed for one night and it was very good! The room was clean! The hotel is near to the centre! The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was amazing! I will stay again in the future! But the wifi was very poor.
Hotel located in the heart between Old and New city centre. If you go on your right you will get to new, more modern city side, on your left - historical side of the city.
There is hundreds of places to eat around the Hotel.
Room was nice and clean, bathroom was also clean. I stayed in 3 hotels during my visit in Georgia and this hotel had nicest and cleanest bathroom, so that's mega good.

I had a fantastic stay at Batumi World Palace Hotel! The hospitality was top-notch, and every detail was carefully attended to, making it feel like a home away from home. Can’t wait to visit again!
Nice hotel in a perfect central location. Rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is nice (very good Cappuccino!).
I especially appreciate that I was given a different, bigger room after I complained about the noise coming from outside the room - at no additional cost.
Plus - First hotel we've stayed that has a blanket.
The room size generous.
We found the room tired. The bed was acceptable, but not good.
The bathroom needs a makeover to take it from 2 stars (poor lighting, shower splashes onto floor, water warm instead of hot).
There was no pull out cord to hang washed smalls.
The refrigerator doesn't make drinks cold.
The bed lights don't work properly....
Nice room, nice bath, clean and spacious room. Good location. Reception was well versed in English and very helpful.
Now the bad, the bath was very dark because not all the lights were working. Kind of sad, since it was really well equipped.

The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the city center and the fortress.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The design is simply stunning – both the lobby and the rooms are incredibly chic, a perfect blend of vintage and subtle luxury. Every corner is picturesque. I arrived a bit late, so I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. Breakfast is à la carte, and it was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
However, there's one thing...
Yes, the Soviet-style sanatorium is very distinctive and unique, and the freely available vinyl records and books are nice. However, the service was truly disappointing. Perhaps because of my Asian face, they thought I had sneaked in, as they questioned me about my purpose and room number, haha. The workspace was also quite basic, and everyone seemed very much like a manager.
The hotel rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are very helpful.
The hotel has a great location; convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. Highly recommended!
I liked the hotel, but they don't like Russians.
I didn't think you could improve on perfection but Stamba keeps getting better. Flawless and kind service as always. Warehouse is great addition to the space. The bed is so comfy I want to take it home.
