It was a great hotel. Lovely breakfast. In other reviews I read about the high hill and taxis having difficulty going there. This is not the case. The taxis will drop you right in front of the door. Also, the hill is not really as bad as it sounds. Lovely neighborhood. Make sure you make the quick walk down to old Tbilisi as soon as possible. Lots to see.

The location is excellent, making travel super convenient. They even have fried rice for breakfast, which is great for easing that 'Chinese stomach' craving. A large sanatorium has specialized in providing services to patients with musculoskeletal diseases since the Soviet period. Large territory, very green. First line with access to the beach. The only such facility on the coast. The room stock requires renovation, no elevator. The staff is responsive and responsible.

Nice place, especially suited for children. Its beachfront location is very convenient, and lunch and dinner options are rich and varied. Breakfast, however, is less suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Rooms are cleaned daily or upon request. The building is surrounded by a beautiful variety of plants.

The only 4-star hotel on the road between the airport and Kutaisi. The hotel, room, and bedding were clean. The restaurant and breakfast were not good at all. The neighborhood is isolated and run-down; a car is essential.

If you are going to take the 930 free transportation up to the ski place, please be early than 930, they actually left around 915, even the front desk told you it’s 930. The hotel’s location is great, especially for skiing beginners. It’s not noisy, and there’s parking available. However, the hotel is old, and the bathroom, bed and room aren’t very good, TV is so old and has only old and not clear channels.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my tour in Georgia. I thought the location was great, with pedestrianized areas of restaurants and cafes right around the corner, and easy walks to museums and Old Town. We stayed here in April of 2021 aka the worst time for tourism. Our original accommodation fell through and we had to find something urgently, so we just stumbled onto this place. It was the best stay ever. I cannot think of a better location or service. Breakfast, rooms, amenities were all superb.

The room was small, and there were spider webs in two places near the ceiling, so it didn't feel clean. It's hard to say it's a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't look like the bath mat had been replaced or cleaned.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We'll definitely be back.

We just had an AMAZING vacation at the Tiflis Palace! Gorgeous hotel, beautiful and spacious rooms with balconies. A family of four had a two room suite which was huge. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spotless clean. Location is perfect, right by the old city, but not in the old city itself, so not too noisy. It was PERFECT. Highly recommended!

Overall it was a really beautiful hotel centrally located next to the sights and the Georgian baths! Only regret was that the hotel in my room wouldn’t flush! And the room was very noisy at night as it was just below the rooftop restaurant so I could hear dragging of chairs until late.

The location is great, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. We only stayed in Batumi for one night and had a train the next day. The breakfast wasn't very good, and overall, it wasn't great value for money. Don't expect a hotel experience; it's an apartment.

The location is excellent, the customer service is great, and the bar’s F&B team is very helpful. When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. The Ali and Nino statues are within walking distance, and it's also close to the cable car station and church – a truly vibrant area. However, the hotel doesn't have assigned parking, making it difficult to find a spot if you're driving; it's entirely based on luck.
