We stayed in a building, and as soon as we walked out we saw rows of pottery jars, each with a glass door facing a vineyard. There was an outdoor swimming pool, and the sunset was beautiful. The hotel service was good, clean, and the environment was good. The surrounding area is a bit deserted, so it is not easy to find, so pay attention to the road signs.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The only problem we had is the restaurant that took very long time to get our food and I mean two hours long.

A nice resort hotel. Situated away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfasts are good. There's a great pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but not all have great views. For an additional fee, they offer wine tasting (35 lari) and a khachapuri-making masterclass (30 lari).

The location is great, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. We only stayed in Batumi for one night and had a train the next day. The breakfast wasn't very good, and overall, it wasn't great value for money. Don't expect a hotel experience; it's an apartment.

The location is excellent, the customer service is great, and the bar’s F&B team is very helpful. When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable. My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups. This is not what I expect from any good hotel

Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good. The communication with hotel staff was superb via Viber and phone calls. Check in was seamless. Would stay here again!

The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. Stayed there for around 4 days. Very comfortable and cozy, definitely would recommend to go to if you want a hotel that’s close to almost everywhere. I was with my wife and son. spent 10 days, felt like at home. Their food is very tasty. taxi comes very quickly. Hotel is always clean and plus if there are any doubt they act very quickly. They love to be friendly and kindly. If you need to feel yourself comfortable this is best place in this price range.10+ from me

We had our wedding at this chateau at the end of April, and everything was perfect. The staff was professional and polite, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is.

I have been staying at this hotel for four days. Acceptable breakfast, respectful behavior of the staff, good and thorough cleaning daily, and most importantly the location of the hotel is excellent. All tourist attractions are around you. At a maximum distance of 20 minutes walking.

Great value option for travellers within Tbilisi. Although far from city center, at least a sense of quiet away from the hustle & bustle. Great amenities around like Spar supermarket & further downhill, there's Carrefour market. There are many restaurants further downhill.

Great location, very near to metro where you are able to get to liberty square in 2 stops surrounded by shops and restaurant and Fabrika. Room was nice but many equipments in room was not work. Safety box was not work, tv remote control was not work, we have asked for new battery but no body brought them to our room. Bed sheet was not changed during stay. Water, coffee and tea bag was not replaced

Excellent breakfasts with an amazing view. The room was cleaned every day. The only downside is a kebab shop nearby where a rowdy crowd gathers and makes noise at night. But this didn't spoil my stay at the hotel.

Yes, the Soviet-style sanatorium is very distinctive and unique, and the freely available vinyl records and books are nice. However, the service was truly disappointing. Perhaps because of my Asian face, they thought I had sneaked in, as they questioned me about my purpose and room number, haha.
