The view is indeed great, but it's really not a good experience when there are no signs inside the building and staff are the only ones telling you not to take photos. The shower partition in the bathroom was just okay. Its main advantage is really the location.

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. The environment and the estate were absolutely beautiful. The room decor was a little outdated but I liked the shower pressure. The A/C was broken so even it was cool outside the room was hot. The free wine tasting was a nice touch and the breakfast was ok. It was nice that the bar is 24/7. The shower isn’t the best and it has very little power and this is the only hotel we have stayed in whilst in Georgia that has no aircon in the rooms so it was very warm overnight.

It's the best choice in the area. The room size is average. The rooms with balconies have views. The facilities are a little worse than those of international five-star hotels. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but it is on a dirt road outside the hotel wall, which feels a bit worse.
