The front desk service was excellent, the location was superb, the rooms were spacious, and there were many restaurants and entertainment options nearby, making it very convenient. The facilities were better maintained than I expected, and there was its own parking lot. It was good value for money.

A good hotel, everything is up to the standard of an international 4-star hotel. The staff is very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The breakfasts are ok. The sauna is indecently worn out, and the pool is small and uncomfortable.

Staff all treated us with great service always with a smile. When our stay was over we said that the next time we needed a hotel in Tbilisi we would be back to the Courtyard.

We booked a standard king room with balcony. Professional staff. Toiletries are provided. Everything was clean and nice. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi and two different saunas. touring Georgia as a group of 8 persons stayed at New Wave Batumi for two nights. Check in is smooth , staff at front desk quite polite and helping. Room is quite big giving impression of a suit. whole of third floor is a huge restaurant on one side and swimming pool on other side. bathroom is ok with required toiletries. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for our trip to Tblisi. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old town and is an excellent base to explore the city from. The amenities were good and the rooms were, nice, modern, and clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The only downside was that the bed cover and blanket were made of a nylon material; I would recommend replacing them with cotton for better comfort.

I liked the location! It's just a bit of a hike up the mountain, especially after a long walk. The breakfasts are good! The bed is comfortable! Daily cleaning. Cons: The hotel is clearly relatively new, but it needs some touch-ups (painting and tweaking are needed) and towels and bed linens need replacing. They're far from looking fresh and new. (I recommend checking before serving your room.)

My experience here was amazing. This lovely lady, Asma, was incredibly helpful and generous. She even communicated with me in Arabic! I was visiting from Saudi Arabia, and I was so surprised and happy to find someone from my culture here. God bless her. To this day, I still miss my trip, especially the amazing people like Asma I met along the way.

Yes, the Soviet-style sanatorium is very distinctive and unique, and the freely available vinyl records and books are nice. However, the service was truly disappointing. Perhaps because of my Asian face, they thought I had sneaked in, as they questioned me about my purpose and room number, haha. It hardly qualifies as a 4-star hotel. The location is very remote, far from the city center, and the facilities are quite outdated. Aside from McDonald's, there are hardly any other restaurants nearby; the area is mostly filled with car and furniture stores.

First of all, the hotel has a great location, nestled against the mountains and overlooking the water. The breakfast is also very plentiful, and I highly recommend the pizza, it's delicious.

The scenery is unbeatable. It is cost-effective to stay here in the summer. The temperature difference between morning and night is big, so you have to wear cotton clothes. You can take pictures of the golden mountain in the sunrise from the room.
