I was with my wife and son. spent 10 days, felt like at home. Their food is very tasty. taxi comes very quickly. Hotel is always clean and plus if there are any doubt they act very quickly. I only stayed one night, but I didn't expect the room to be an apartment-style hotel. If I'd known, I'd have stayed a few more days, hahaha. The entrance was incredibly hard to find, with no signage. I looked at Google Maps and wandered around the end point for over 20 minutes before finally finding an unidentified entrance. It was hidden inside! 😂

Stayed at Axien Hotel for a short day stay and it was suitable for a one day visit in Kazbegi. The room was simple and basic, not fancy, but fine for a short stay. The balcony door had a small issue, which the owner said will be fixed for our next stay. No complimentary water bottles, so bring your own. The owner was very kind and helpful. One of the best hotel's I've ever been ...clean and comfortable.. proper amenities huge breakfast..nice staff and it has a balcony for hanging your washed clothes and so on... I recommend you.

I have been stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is good near the beach but It has no View to sea. Clean hotel, Staff are so polit and responsible against guests. Breakfast is not good for Iranian.

The hotel is clean but there is nothing to do. It was just a place to sleep. Its 4 stars but you will feel its less than that. The balcony is not safe for kids.
