Our stay at this property was quite disappointing. We faced several issues — there was no hot water, water blockage in the washroom, and leakage from the toilet spray. The kettle was also not provided in our room, so we had to go out each time to use the only one near the reception.

The walls seemed to be made of very thin material, almost like cardboard, and we could clearly hear everything from the next room, which caused constant noise and disturbance. To make things worse, we were not allowed to use the exhaust fan in the washroom — the receptionist asked us to open the window instead, but since the climate was cold, this made us very uncomfortable.

Communication was another problem as the receptionist didn’t understand or speak English, making it difficult to explain our concerns. On the last day, when we politely requested the owner to allow us to keep our luggage outside for just a few minutes after checkout, he rudely refused.

Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The property needs serious improvement in basic facilities, soundproofing, and customer service. Would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Hotel Reverence. Tbilisi. Georgia Never book a room at this hotel!! Booked a room from July 7 to July 16, 2019. Paid for 9 nights at once + for the transfer. Due to the known events, our flight was cancelled. Due to the flight cancellation, we were forced to cancel our hotel reservation 2 weeks before arrival. We made a cancellation request. The reservation was cancelled and the penalty amount was indicated. I contacted the hotel with a question about when our money would be returned minus the penalty amount. At first, they did not respond to the letter, then after contacting us again, they sent a letter that our reservation was still valid and we were expected at the hotel. When I began to explain that we would not be able to come due to the cancellation of our flight, they began to say that we could come earlier or later, that Georgia was calm and nothing threatened us. The hotel administrator tried in every way to persuade us to come. When I categorically demanded a refund, the administrator of Hotel Reverence began to claim that they should not return anything to us at all. Although when booking it was clearly stated that if the booking is cancelled, the cost is partially refunded. In the end, it was announced that the response from the hotel would be by the evening of June 23rd. We never received a response from the hotel. The money was not returned, not even for the transfer. There was no response to all subsequent letters. Hotel Reverence simply stopped responding. If you want to save your money, never book at Hotel Reverence. Tbilisi. Georgia

Good place. The owner treated us to local wine, a heart-to-heart talk about the situation in the world. clean place, good internet. cold floor in the bathroom and it was cool in the room.

If you can't find anything else, then this guesthouse will do. I think the ratings are too high on Booking. From the pros - as everywhere in Georgia, People! Thank you very much! They do their best for the guests.
Of the minuses - the main thing is the "fatigue" of the rooms. Still not a big minus, hard to find, had to ask. There is no breakfast, but there is tea and coffee at any time. The price of 100 liters per room, for the state in which the guesthouse is located, is high. But the season
