It doesn't matter who you talk to or are served by in this hotel, every person there has absolute respect and high regard for my comfort. I couldn't find anything of dissatisfaction. Great value option for travellers within Tbilisi. Although far from city center, at least a sense of quiet away from the hustle & bustle. Great amenities around like Spar supermarket & further downhill, there's Carrefour market. There are many restaurants further downhill.

We were dissatisfied with our room assignments, as there was a stark contrast between what we paid and what we received. Due to the weekend, the staff couldn't do much to address our concerns. Quite a climb on the slopes to arrive at the hotel, no elevator to access the highest floors, the aircon was not working and had to borrow an external heater to keep warm. Reception staff are kinda moody and raised their voices when they could not understand what I was talking about. The only good thing is the proximity to the metro

The room I stayed and had so much dust It was so bad, especially near the lamps even if u didn’t get near it you could see clumps of dust gathering. Every time I would want to sleep I’d have to brush off random bits of it off of the bed and I’m sure a four star hotel shouldn’t have dusty uncomfortable room??
