Mixed Experience Location was tricky—Google Maps dropped me at the back, had to walk around in a secluded area. Service was meh. I booked for the wine tasting, but when I came back at the time they told me, it wasn’t available. No follow-up, no updates. Owner was kind but always around, which felt a bit awkward. Also asked me to follow their socials where I found out they were doing wine tastings—felt...

It doesn't matter who you talk to or are served by in this hotel, every person there has absolute respect and high regard for my comfort. I couldn't find anything of dissatisfaction. Unless anything changes in my career, I shall make this my home from home for my forthcoming business trips. Much thanks to Giorgi, the owner...Nice hospitality 👍🏻👍🏻

Very convenient location, close to the subway station. Roomy lobby with comfortable sofas for waiting. Friendly staff. There is an elevator. Large area of the room, high ceilings, large window, there is a climate control system. Large bed with a good mattress. The bathroom has supplies, bathrobe, strong water pressure in the shower. Great value option for travellers within Tbilisi. Although far from city center, at least a sense of quiet away from the hustle & bustle. Great amenities around like Spar supermarket & further downhill, there's Carrefour market. There are many restaurants further downhill.
The hotel is ok but not 4 stars Its fine for one to two days stay Its quiet place and almost like a boutique style The rooms are ok, But it needed long time to become warm. The toilet is really cold. The reception girl ( rika or lika ) i dont recall the name exactly , but she really help us and try her best and she replaced the tv for us , so thank you For muslims ( there is Shataf in the toilet)
We stayed at the 4* Tbilisi Hotel with our family and were very pleased! The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfasts with a variety of options, and a convenient location close to the main attractions of the city. An excellent place for a family vacation — we will definitely return!
Very nice place, old town of Tbilisi. good location, you can walk everything is very safety everything was clean, the staff were very friendly! Clean comfortable rooms, the restaurant doesn't have a large menu but what I ordered was very tasty. I recommend it
Stayed for 4 days truly loved the place. Everything I expected from a 4 star was there. What really got me was the interior. I would say, it's a very cute hotel. Room was cozy and the balcony was spacious. The place was super clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the same so I won't recommend for a long stay guests to eat in-house on a daily basis. If I return to Tblisi, which I would most...
My mom lost her passport and has to stay 6 days more in this hotel. The overall experience was good, the staff are friendly and helpful.

We chose a twin room. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. Amenities included air conditioning, a hot water kettle, and two free bottles of drinking water. The breakfast room had a view of the Kura River and a nice atmosphere.
Excellent from every aspect! Vers nice view from the balcony, great food, great rooms, clean bathroom, Fresh towels and bed sheets every day. The waiters in the restaurant are nice and respectful, the Front Desk Manager, Tengo Otashvili is really good at his job! He is smiling, respectful, caring and detail-oriented. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. However, there is a problem: some rooms have a very bad smell.
Old Tbilisi is the oldest settlement of our capital city and it's located mostly on the hills and rocks, over the river.
Super Hotel with excellent location in middle of Tbilisi. The view was just perfect from the restaurant terrace and from the balcony. It was 1st time but we will come back to this amazing hotel.
The best hotel staff ever. Had a car problem and they put so much effort and got their tools and repaired our car right there at the spot. Seriously, these guys deserve the best praise and tip.Thank you again, you were amazing! Definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Quiet area, The room was clean, spacious. Strong water pressure for hot water shower so that’s a good plus point during winter stay.
Hotel room was warm and clean. Not very new furniture but its ok. The stuff was helpfull, breakfast was very good. We also used the closed garage and everything else was just fine. Thanks.
Convenient location. The location is convenient, and the bed linen is clean. The bathroom floor is cold, which makes it uncomfortable to walk barefoot in winter. Check-in and check-out are quick, which is very convenient if you are staying for a short time.
Good hotel, about a 30-40 minute taxi ride from the airport. There's a gym and a small sauna. Breakfasts are tasty, buffet style, though the selection isn't huge. In the bathroom, the toilet flush wasn't working well.
Excellent stay, good location, courteous staff
This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. This hotel is very good except for the poor sound insulation👍 1. The hotel is just opposite the police station, which makes people feel very safe. 2. The hotel is very clean. Wonderful service. Delicious and varied breakfast. The location is convenient. Right next to Rustaveli Avenue. I will return here with pleasure. 😍👌🏾
The hotel is located within walking distance to many place of interests. A comfortable and clean environment.
The bathroom had no heating the day before and was very cold. It was good to get a free upgrade the next day.
Facilities: Very satisfied, the room is well equipped Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean. Among the several hotels in Georgia where I have stayed, the environment of this one is definitely very good. Environment: The front desk has a sense of design when you enter, and the restaurant and bar where you have breakfast are also very industrial style.

We stayed at the Folk Hotel April 2026. On first arrival the hotel has a very rustic look with faded teak and rust-coloured highlights. Inside it is stylish and modern, with good facilities. It is situated in a residential area, about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of the old town of Tbilisi. Although there are a couple of schools nearby, the kids were well behaved. It’s also stands in front of...
I loved everything in this hotel. Rooms are tidy, location is perfect for people who want to discover Tbilisi and its sightseeings. P.S. Additionally, I want to thank Nino for good service.
Just visited the Hotel. It was amazing experience. Perfect Location. The rooms are new, clean and nice design. Service was brilliant. Specially thanks to girl named Lika. Also breakfast was GOOOD. Additional thanks to Manager Nini. You are the best 🙏🏻
The Best Hotel ever. Very nice and peaceful area. 100% Recommended. Breakfast included and it was great and generous. Nearby the best restaurants and Touristic areas in Tbilisi. I recommend visiting the Big Aerospace Balloon for a nice view of the whole city.
I would like to share my husband’s and my experience with Folk Boutique Hotel.
We stayed at the hotel for six days, and from the first day until the very last, all of the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. We stayed at this hotel several times during a tour of Georgia and Armenia and it was lovely. The lobby and rooms are decorated with Georgian folk costumes, a really unusual touch that works very well. The hotel is located in a very touristy area of Tbilisi, which is perfect if you're staying for a short period. You'll find everything you need within 500 meters of the hotel. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first.
Very beautiful place, wonderful people. I think this is now my favorite hotel in Tbilisi.
Loved the hotel! The most important thing for us was its location right in the historic city center. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious! And the staff were very polite!
The location is great, close to Iwo Onsen and within walking distance of most places. The breakfast area was also clean and spacious, which was a plus. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I think it offers good value for the price.
A wonderful hotel with very cozy and warm rooms 😌. The staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfasts are good and filling. The location is excellent, with tasty restaurants, walking areas, and a bathhouse all within walking distance. You even get a 10% discount at the bathhouse when staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it 😌.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is excellent. It has a great location, right next to the sulfur baths. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the baths. See photo. Good central location, nice rooms with good facilities. Reception were a little unfriendly, otherwise good.
We were dissatisfied with our room assignments, as there was a stark contrast between what we paid and what we received. Due to the weekend, the staff couldn't do much to address our concerns. Additionally, the entrance and lobby had an unpleasant odor from the carpet. In summary, our stay was below average, with the only positive being the location. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't worth the price
I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, truly the best feature of our experience. However, the breakfasts were disappointing, offering the same items every day. On a positive note, the design and atmosphere of the hotel were impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Be aware that it can be noisy.
We stayed in rooms 205 and 211, both of which were comfortable with great A/C that allowed us to sleep soundly after being out in the heat. While the breakfast could have been better, the restaurant downstairs serves good food. I think tge restaurant name is adore. Walking distance to most of the attractions.
We went to Georgia Last February 2024 for our wedding, and we stayed at The Zeg Hotel. It is located in the heart of Tbilisi and it offers easy access to all the major tourist attractions in the city. Whether you want to explore the historic Old Town or visit the modern Bridge of Peace, ride cable car to see Mother of Georgia, our hotel's central location makes it convenient for us to just walk around...
Rooms are little cozy but location wise this hotel is perfect as it has everything near by like liberty square, peace of bridge, all kind of dining and mainly 24 hours restaurant and markets. Amante Narikala is a great hotel in old part of Tbilisi, it's a steep walk to get there, when you walk in, you are almost like in a cave, part of lobby is real stone, that architect made visible. Great breakfast and you are simply staring from hotel down to Tbilisi
We stayed here for two days. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. We had a small accident but the gentleman at the night shift was geunienly helful we want to thank him from here. Also the terrace was beautiful
The cutest boutique hotel with comfortable, clean, quiet rooms and excellent customer service. The breakfast is amazing as well. Will definitely book again if I return here.
Lovely staff comfortable rooms, breakfast limited, steep climb to get to it, terrace bar not open. Views fantastic, would recommend using the hotel airport transfer service as taxis rip you off
Choosing the right hotel location for this trip to Tbilisi! Amante Narikala is situated on a hillside in the Old Town, conveniently within walking distance of Liberty Square and St. George's Cathedral—definitely in the heart of the tourist area. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but a bus departs at most eight minutes away, heading for the historic Old Town and continuing through Liberty Square. Excellent location for old town with easy access Ro a few spots within walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious and wonderful view on the balcony especially at night. Breakfast was very nice with a good variation over the three days we stayed there.
The hotel is located in a wonderful location, right at the foot of the Narikala fortress, overlooking the city. The beds are comfortable, the linens are clean! The view is simply magnificent! Minus point for cleanliness...

We loved this stylish hotel in Tbilisi. I highly recommend if you appreciate a unique style/devor, cozy rooms, and a wonderful location.
We stayed in the architects suite and it was amazing. The room was very stylish and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was really helpful and friendly and the manager of the hotel helped us with paying for street parking (which was a bit complicated). The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay there!
I had a great stay here! As soon as I entered I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who were very keen to answer all of my question about the area, the hotel is really close to everything. They gave great tips about the city and recommended great food spots. The room was beautiful too. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all at Communal for the service.
Everything was excellent! Small details like bath salts, tea, water, and a radio playing light jazz make the atmosphere really special and set this hotel apart from others. Stayed 3 nights here (rooms 14 and 4). Stylish hotel. Good bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. Minuses noted: during breakfast you can not basically tell to a cook directly, which way you prefer eggs to be cooked (scramble, shakshuka, etc), so you have to tell it to personell first, then they will pass your choice to the cook (even though he understands English). Great room and breakfasts at Abanotubani. We had the second highest level of room, which meant we had a shared balcony. We had our towels replaced unnecessarily every day. Second, our shared balcony...
Excellent location of the hotel, the only downside is the location is very noisy under the windows. Poor breakfast, it is better to refuse it and eat outside the hotel. The room is clean, but it seems to be smaller meters or an unsuccessful layout, the hotel itself is a little tired, something is leaking, somewhere there are chips, holes, etc. It is not comfortable to live for a long time, a good...
Everything is perfect but breakfast options should have different variety and should change the menu everyday since we are staying for 5 nights. Ms. Ekaterina the waitress she has an excellent attitude in serving customers kudos for her:)
A truly wonderful stay! We stayed in the room with the terrace in the 3rd floor. Had a relaxing time having dinners in there (bought some veggies and takeaway). It is located right next to those infamous sulphur baths (highly recommended). Everything is within walking distance (botanical garden if you want to have a relaxing walk), and old buildings if you walk a bit further). The staff was also kind...

The hotel is located in about a 15-minute walk to the downtown. It is easy to find. Pros: - big and comfortable lobby - elevator - big rooms with balcony - clean - bed comfort - breakfast Cons: - towels are literally deteriorated - you should consider replacing them - staff is not very attentive - no parking at all Recommended if you don't mind walking uphill to reach the downtown. Tip: if you...
I had several hotels on my list for my first visit in Tiblisi. A local friend indicated me this area. Si I booked ( via booking ). I optes for a supérieur room with balcony. Very early Morning Check in by a cool young night-receptionist was perfect and friendly, room was over my expectation. Spacious, clean warm and had a good bed. Breakfast was ok, but correct for the total Price. All staff very...
The room I stayed and had so much dust It was so bad, especially near the lamps even if u didn’t get near it you could see clumps of dust gathering. Every time I would want to sleep I’d have to brush off random bits of it off of the bed and I’m sure a four star hotel shouldn’t have dusty uncomfortable room?? The service was very good in my case but the breakfast was repetitive.
Wonderful stay at Bridge Hotel! The location is amazing — surrounded by great restaurants and brunch cafés, and you can easily walk to most places in the city. The hotel itself has a beautiful, modern design and feels very fresh and stylish. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind, and they speak multiple languages, which made everything smooth and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and had...
Wonderful location, near the river and market. Staff is courteous, always ready to help. They allowed us an early check-in. Nice and clean room with a balcony. Breakfast options and services need slight improvement.
Great location with a few steps away from beautiful Christmas market of Tbilisi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Booked a deluxe room and happy with the space. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast might be improved.
