Such a cool vibe in this hotel. I don't usually like boutique hotels and choose chain ones (they're more reliable), but my friend saw the Insta of the hotel and we were excited. This is one of the coolest places in Tbilisi

As a solo traveler I find this boutique hotel very attractive and safe place to visit in Tbilisi. Staff was super friendly and helped me book a Taxi anywhere I needed to. I got tons of advice on what to see and visit in Tbilisi. This place is chic, modern and definitely unique - something you'll rarely discover elsewhere in the city.

The most unique concept in entire Tbilisi. The hotel is not big, it's a very typical boutique hotel in Georgia with design hotel features. It is very clean but in a bit busy neighborhood.

10/10 for a couple's weekend getaway. The atmosphere is intimate yet stylish, with soft lighting, thoughtful details, and a calm energy that lets you truly unwind. The location is perfect — close enough to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like a private escape. Highly recommended for couples. 💙

Such a unique place. I usually am rarely excited with the boutique hotels in Tbilisi as they all look the same and feel the same but this one, it's something special. Been here with my wife and we both promised to return!

Don't stay in a room on the top floor

Stayed here for 4 days, very good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, you can just walk 5 minutes to bus station. Decent enough breakfast, very good customer service.

Clean rooms and polite staff, but the location is a big downside. Even with our own car, traffic made it really difficult to move around. Not ideal if you want to explore Tbilisi easily.

The staff at Hotel Genio were extremely friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Its complimentary breakfast adds a lot of value. Extremely happy with its value and will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel last year. The room service, the breakfast and the staff were satisfactory. Also the location was nice, about 25 minutes away from the tourist areas, on foot! The room they gave us had a nice view of the small river running through the city, which I really liked.

An excellent new hotel in Tbilisi. A stunning view of Mount Mtatsminda. Delicious restaurants and good service. The pool is small, and during festivals it gets very crowded, so there's not enough room for everyone. This is something to keep in mind when traveling. Breakfast could be a little more varied.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, despite the fact that it opened only recently. I really like the excellent service and the frequency is ideal.

I selected it because it’s not so far from airport . Since the hotel is located near to main road, you can reach airport in 10-15 minutes at any time. In reality, the rooms are a little worse than in photos, but the most important thing is that bed and bathroom are clean. For such price it’s good option.

The owner was very kind and friendly. Smoking is permitted in the hallway just outside the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cups, plates, and other essentials.

I stayed here for just 1 night. I chose the hotel because its located near the National Football Stadium in Tbilisi. I was in Georgia to watch the UEFA Under 21 Finals Tournament. I spent 3 weeks in the Country and loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the ground and a 10 to 15 mi use walk from the main railway station.

Great breekie and staff, rooms are clean, over two weeks here and coffee and tea in the room has not been replaced despite asking several times.They do have air con but shut if off so it not comfortable in the daytime. Laundry is expensive and takes days to get back. The charging stations in the room sparks when you plug in so be aware. Breaker have to be reset at times.

This hotel stored my luggage for a few days while I was in Armenia. I was very satisfied with the location and the cleanliness of the room. It seems like not many places open early in Tbilisi, so it would have been great if breakfast was included. However, many hotels also start breakfast late, so it's not a dealbreaker. Great place, in the center of the old town, everything within walking distance, quiet street. The room is clean, cleaning is daily, what is most pleasant, it is very convenient closer to the evening, when we were already returning to the room, no one bothered us with cleaning early in the morning.

From November 21 to 29, it was cold and windy in the city - we turned on the air conditioner, because there was no heating. City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen.

Visited this place just for its swimming pool. The one on the terrace is quite good - not noisy, convenient for sunbathing and the staff is friendly. Cocktails are a bit overpriced and weak though, as one would expect in such establishments.

The hotel was clean and good. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel's access to the supermarket, currency exchange, restaurant and SIM card store is also good. It has free Wi-Fi with good speed.
