Neat hotel in a residential area of ​​Tbilisi. Inexpensive. The rooms are clean, there is breakfast. Sulfur baths 40 minutes walk. It is better to use a taxi (Yandex, Maxim) 6 lari (150 r) and you are in the center. Breakfast is modest, without Georgian delights. Instant coffee. Almost all rooms have balconies. Absolutely perfect view from the upper floor rooms with balconies (try to get the middle one). In the middle of the tourist area, most sights can be reached comfortable by a short walk. Breakfast available in the opposite building, it is okay but only from 9am, though. Would recommend if you want to stay within the old city area.

Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am.

A very average hotel. It is clean and room was spacious, but location on a side street without an easy cross walk makes it not super ideal and it can be loud with cars and nightly protests. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful - struggled to open door a few times when hands were full and they never got up to help, barely looked up from the desk.

Very nice and standard hotel in the heart of the city. All attractions are reachable with a short/cheap bolt ride. We paid half a night for a very early check in (7 am) which was absolutely worth it. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is very decent with an omelette station.

We stayed here in April of 2021 aka the worst time for tourism. Our original accommodation fell through and we had to find something urgently, so we just stumbled onto this place. It was the best stay ever. I cannot think of a better location or service. Breakfast, rooms, amenities were all superb.

The room was small, and there were spider webs in two places near the ceiling, so it didn't feel clean. It's hard to say it's a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't look like the bath mat had been replaced or cleaned.

I was only here for food twice because it was so good and the view is absolutely stunning. I once went there for dinner and the other time for coffee and cake. They were really friendly and they speak very good English. I was positively surprised that it wasn’t overly crowded but if you’re looking for a place with a nice you, this is a must go.

I was going to have their restaurant all 5 stars, but at some moment turned out that prices in menu and prices in the bill differs. Also, there weren't a lot of dishes from menu, because, as they said - their menu is old and they do not have a new one. Hence - minus one star. But service was good, food - tasty, and view - one of the best in the city.

The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. First of all wonderful place, great location, spacious rooms, nice breakfast. 5 star! but. Pictures are misleading as hotel is on the top floor and garden is not part of it. You need to take the stairs, 70 steps, and limited to no light. Things are a bit shabby. Broken light bulbs, hotel night manager lying on the couch, a-broken toilet seat etc.

This is a great little place to stay. Quirky and historic with an amazing history. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. If you're staying on a Saturday night you will hear the nightclub next door (still going as I write at 8am!) but the other nights it was really quiet. Walking distance to everything.
