Tbilisi, 35 Lado Meskhishvili St, Dzveli Tbilisi (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very neat and tidy place, decent location near the cathedral, hospitable staff.
Great little hotel. Super massive breakfast on our first two days! Very comfortable stay. Just 2 minute walk to the trinity church!
A nice, cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast is excellent, and you definitely won't go hungry. The location is also excellent, near the metro. We were driving, and parking was available in the courtyard, in a gated area.
We had a wonderful stay at Galavani by Vintage Hotel Collection. The hotel is beautifully designed, cozy, and located in a calm and peaceful area—perfect if you want to relax away from the busy city center while still being close to everything. It is within walking distance to Old Tbilisi and many heritage sites, which made sightseeing very convenient. There are also plenty of affordable restaurants...
The location is excellent. I had a view of Trinity Cathedral from my window. There's private parking, but you have to book in advance. Delicious breakfasts. Minibar in the room. Slippers and robes. Cons: a smell from the bathroom, poorly designed drain.
There is no word can describe how good the place is, the service was absolutely amazing, they upgraded our room just because we mentioned that it was our first time and they made sure we will have the best view and the best time, the room clean cozy, the location perfect near by everything, definitely worth it

We stayed here three times, each one night stays. The rooms we experienced were very clean, stylish, very comfortable beds, and nice showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved this stylish hotel in Tbilisi. I highly recommend if you appreciate a unique style/devor, cozy rooms, and a wonderful location.
We stayed in the architects suite and it was amazing. The room was very stylish and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was really helpful and friendly and the manager of the hotel helped us with paying for street parking (which was a bit complicated). The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay there!
I had a great stay here! As soon as I entered I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who were very keen to answer all of my question about the area, the hotel is really close to everything. They gave great tips about the city and recommended great food spots. The room was beautiful too. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all at Communal for the service.
Everything was excellent! Small details like bath salts, tea, water, and a radio playing light jazz make the atmosphere really special and set this hotel apart from others. Great service and a smooth check-in. We also accidentally broke a small cup, which we are really sorry about, and no one demanded any compensation from us. Overall, a great place to stay
A Truly Lovely Stay at Communal Hotel From the moment we checked in, Annie made us feel genuinely welcome. She was extremely attentive, explained everything in detail, and took great care of us every morning during breakfast. Although not all menu options were available at times, she always did her best to compensate for what was missing, which we truly appreciated. On our check-out day, Annie surprised...
Stayed 3 nights here (rooms 14 and 4). Stylish hotel. Good bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. Minuses noted: during breakfast you can not basically tell to a cook directly, which way you prefer eggs to be cooked (scramble, shakshuka, etc), so you have to tell it to personell first, then they will pass your choice to the cook (even though he understands English). So it looks a bit strange and excessive...

Communal Hotel Sololaki is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it's a quick walk to bars, restaurants, old town, and the funicular to Mtatsminda. Breakfast is amazing, and staff create a warm and welcoming environment. We'll for sure be back.
We stayed at 2 of the Communal group of hotels on our recent trip to Georgia: both are quality smaller hotels, decorated with flair, with friendly and obliging staff. Tbilisi is a historic and vibrant city, and Sololaki is a refined and relaxed neighbourhood - the area was integral to our enjoyment of the city. Communal Sololaki occupies part of a converted period townhouse. It has been modernised...
My stay at Communal Hotel Sololaki was perfect from arrival (including picking up my key and checking in early after an early-morning arrival) to my fond farewell. The hotel, a converted mansion, has great character, and the apartment in which I stayed was spacious and well-appointed, with the convenience of a kitchenette. The location of the hotel is perfect - about a 15-minute walk from Freedom Square...
From the moment we arrived, the team at Sololaki made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with directions, taxis, or local recommendations. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated — a wonderful mix of comfort and character that reflects the charm of Tbilisi itself. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the old town, within walking...
We had a truly lovely stay with my parents at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better — situated on a quiet street yet within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. It’s the ideal balance between peaceful and central. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the manager, Georgii, for his outstanding hospitality and care. He went above and beyond to make...
Communal Sololaki is a little gem hidden away in a quiet corner of one of the old neighborhoods of Tbilisi. We stayed in their apartment, which was spacious, clean, and well fitted. It was especially nice to be able to sleep with the window open at night. What makes the hotel truly special, however, are the people. George, the manager, was incredible. I was able to WhatsApp him in advance to arrange...

The hotel is located in about a 15-minute walk to the downtown. It is easy to find. Pros: - big and comfortable lobby - elevator - big rooms with balcony - clean - bed comfort - breakfast Cons: - towels are literally deteriorated - you should consider replacing them - staff is not very attentive - no parking at all Recommended if you don't mind walking uphill to reach the downtown. Tip: if you...
I had several hotels on my list for my first visit in Tiblisi. A local friend indicated me this area. Si I booked ( via booking ). I optes for a supérieur room with balcony. Very early Morning Check in by a cool young night-receptionist was perfect and friendly, room was over my expectation. Spacious, clean warm and had a good bed. Breakfast was ok, but correct for the total Price. All staff very...
The room I stayed and had so much dust It was so bad, especially near the lamps even if u didn’t get near it you could see clumps of dust gathering. Every time I would want to sleep I’d have to brush off random bits of it off of the bed and I’m sure a four star hotel shouldn’t have dusty uncomfortable room?? The service was very good in my case but the breakfast was repetitive.
Wonderful stay at Bridge Hotel! The location is amazing — surrounded by great restaurants and brunch cafés, and you can easily walk to most places in the city. The hotel itself has a beautiful, modern design and feels very fresh and stylish. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind, and they speak multiple languages, which made everything smooth and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and had...
Wonderful location, near the river and market. Staff is courteous, always ready to help. They allowed us an early check-in. Nice and clean room with a balcony. Breakfast options and services need slight improvement.
Great location with a few steps away from beautiful Christmas market of Tbilisi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Booked a deluxe room and happy with the space. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast might be improved.

Located in an old house in the old town, the common areas are stylishly decorated, even featuring a piano. The rooms are spacious, with balconies and sofa beds. The reception staff was very nice, the staff was nice, the hotel location was relatively good, the breakfast wasn't good, of course it wasn't good for Iranians, but the breakfast dishes smelled very bad very very bad
It was the most cozy hotel I visited in Georgia! The service and hospitality was truly gentle. We had a great time at the hotel. I can recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy the city as well the lovely hotel. I'll be choosing Elea old hotel every time I'm back in tbilisi!
A homestay with a nice environment, clean and sanitary. The only drawback is that the carpet in the room has a smell. The breakfast is quite rich, with bread, milk, juice, eggs and vegetable salad.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Great spot near local cafes and beautiful parks
We were staying here for our first time in Georgia. The location of the hotel is really suitable for the tourists: it's in the center so a lot of sightseeings are near. Also the underground station is located nearby. Although it's the center, it was very quiet and peaceful even during the nights on weekends. Rooms are a bit small but clean and cozy, old-fashioned. Such a cool vibe in this hotel. I don't usually like boutique hotels and choose chain ones (they're more reliable), but my friend saw the Insta of the hotel and we were excited. This is one of the coolest places in Tbilisi
As a solo traveler I find this boutique hotel very attractive and safe place to visit in Tbilisi. Staff was super friendly and helped me book a Taxi anywhere I needed to. I got tons of advice on what to see and visit in Tbilisi. This place is chic, modern and definitely unique - something you'll rarely discover elsewhere in the city.
The most unique concept in entire Tbilisi. The hotel is not big, it's a very typical boutique hotel in Georgia with design hotel features. It is very clean but in a bit busy neighborhood.
10/10 for a couple's weekend getaway. The atmosphere is intimate yet stylish, with soft lighting, thoughtful details, and a calm energy that lets you truly unwind. The location is perfect — close enough to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like a private escape. Highly recommended for couples. 💙
Such a unique place. I usually am rarely excited with the boutique hotels in Tbilisi as they all look the same and feel the same but this one, it's something special. Been here with my wife and we both promised to return!

Great service. The reception guy, Sandro , goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Big rooms, very clean. Only 1 elevator though.
I stayed at splinded 3 nights, which was so nice. Service is great, staffed are nice, so hospitable, and honest. A staff who’s name is Shota has helped me to know more about the city and the country, he was great. The neighbourhood is quiet, near to most of the shops you need.
Great hotel with great service. Reception staff is very helpful. Cleanness is on the highest level. Good value for money. Highly recommended. My next stay in Tbilisi will be definitely in this hotel.

Location was literally inside a theatre and was quite noisy. The location was also hard to find as it is surrounded by other buildings, but ample signage made it easier. The staff were somewhat rude.
Tbilisi after a snowfall is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel's location is superb. It's right next to the metro and a shopping mall, and some attractions are even within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient.
Good location and price. Rest is average.
The location was great! It's located on Tbilisi's busiest street, right behind a shopping mall, so it's very convenient for getting around! You can get around the city almost entirely by bus, so it's convenient that the bus stop is just a minute away. The room was larger than I expected! I spent my last night in Georgia at the Unfound Door Hotel, and it was the perfect way to end my trip. Mediocre hotel - rooms are a bit cramped and the AC is not powerful. Breakfast is very minimal. For the price, you can do a bit better in Tbilisi.

I visited this hotel yesterday as a day guest to use the swimming pool, not as a hotel guest. I also visited the pool last year and had a good experience, so I was disappointed this time. Perhaps it was because I arrived quite late, but unfortunately something seemed wrong with the pool water. After washing my hair, it was left with a very strong musty, moldy smell that would not go away. I suspect...
We booked and read the reviews afterwards. We were therefore a but apprehensive, however we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was nice, enough to choose from. The pool was clean and not overcrowded. And lastly the room was clean and there was no weird smell whatsoever. Therefore I think this stay deserves 5 stars especially considering the location, pool and price.
Good quiet location in the old town, not in the very crowdy area. Nice design inside, the rooftop pool is great, on the mountain side. The staff was nice, helpfull. The only bad point is the bad smell in the bathroom, morning time. Otherwise, we spent 3 nice days there. I recommend this place
Overall: Good hotel & you can tell they are genuinely trying their best, but still a way to improve in some area’s. Pro’s: Rooftop Pool, cleanliness of room, cleaning staff. Con’s: bad smell of drains constantly, safe not working, small bedrooms - listed as having a balcony when you couldn’t step out onto it. Broken safe, no guidance on check in re local information or breakfast etc. Very bad lightning...

A very rare swing in Tbilisi is service with good hospitality. I liked the hotel very much because the hospitality was top, it was very clean and the smell of the hotel is great. Spain’s great food is good. The bar lounge was very nice we bought a bottle of winewhigj was very good
Very good hotel recommendations
An excellent new hotel in Tbilisi. A stunning view of Mount Mtatsminda. Delicious restaurants and good service. The pool is small, and during festivals it gets very crowded, so there's not enough room for everyone. This is something to keep in mind when traveling. Breakfast could be a little more varied.
This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, despite the fact that it opened only recently. I really like the excellent service and the frequency is ideal.
