Tbilisi, Freedom Square 4, Dzveli Tbilisi, 0105 Tbilisi, Gruziya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is good because it is near the tourist attraction, but there is a shortcoming in terms of facilities and services
A very good aparthotel.
The rooms fully match the description, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean, with daily housekeeping.
The excellent central location allows you to enjoy walking around the city and sightseeing, while being set on the second line from the main road, which ensures peace and comfort.
I only stayed one night, but I didn't expect the room to be an apartment-style hotel.
If I'd known, I'd have stayed a few more days, hahaha.
The entrance was incredibly hard to find, with no signage. I looked at Google Maps and wandered around the end point for over 20 minutes before finally finding an unidentified entrance. It was hidden inside! 😂
Better options elsewhere. Perhaps it was the experience as noted in my previous review of them. However, the way it was communicated was still quite a surprise.
Great location
Second time I stay at this hotel
Quiet and safe
Love it.
🤍❤️🤍
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is also an advantage being near the old town.

This hotel was gateway to Tbilisi, Georgia for us. Our suite room was impeccable for the view. View of Holy trinity from our room is astounding. Our room was tidied daily and kept clean for us when we return to our room. You can also almost see entire tbilisi in its glory from our room. Nearby there are supermarkets which you can use for purchases. Other attractions are also very close to. Food...
Had a very pleasant experience with this wonderful team there. The hotel is situated in the Old Tbilisi area (as I understand it). The neighbourhood was excellent and within a short walking distance of the city centre. The hotel atmosphere was lovely, especially the staff and their support. I truly enjoyed my stay; the rooms were spacious enough for the price we paid, and the breakfast offered a good...
I had a wonderful stay at Clocks Hotel Tbilisi. I came in January with my family, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The service was very professional and friendly. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel comfortable during our whole stay. The room was clean, warm, and well maintained — very important during winter. It was comfortable...
We found this new hotel very comfortable, with friendly and helpful reception staff. What a delight it was to look out of the window on to the nearby lit-up Tsminda Sameba cathedral to the right. A kettle was provided in the bedroom; and a very good breakfast was served, with fresh and dried fruit, an excellent range of cold and hot food, and good coffee. The location was OK, up hills and round...
My friend and I stayed in Clocks Hotel for 5 nights.Initially two nights and and then again for three nights after visiting other cities in Georgia. We stayed in Deluxe twin room on both occasions. The rooms were bright with very comfortable mattresses with view of the Holy Trinity Church and old town. The old town is a short walk from the hotel so the location is very convenient .Carrefour is barely...
We had a fantastic stay at CLOCKS HOTEL during our recent one-week vacation. It's located just steps away from the heart of Tbilisi’s charming Old City. The location was ideal—within walking distance of the major sights. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We had 2 double interconnecting rooms, and they were well-appointed and quiet, with all the amenities...

We came just for sleep and it's was nice and clean
Excellent hotel and location. Great food. Fantastic swimming pool with comfortable water. Highly recommend.
I have stayed several times in this wonderful hotel.
Excellent location, great facilities and comfy bed, very responsive and well trained staff. I like swimming pool, its big, safe entry, water is of exactly right temperature.
My friends and I enjoyed bowling (new Brunswick equipment, I think best in the city) and food. Very high quality and reasonably priced.
Downtown business district Vake...
Well it was a bog building with multiple options, rooms are old and furniture is also old, cleanliness was an issue in rooms no dustbin no tissue in room, location was good thats a plus along with a bowling ally is added advantage
Great place
Excellent service was very happy with people who work at Hotel, they wear all so nice and always ready to help hive any information and help any way they could if there was need. Place was always very clean and organized. Best part was to have quality food.

Amazing Stay! Highly recommended !
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days during our trip to Georgia, and it was truly a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.
The entire staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. Everyone made us feel at home from the first day until the last, and we really appreciated their professionalism and warm attitude.
A special mention to...
My experience at KMM Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were modern and immaculate, the location was incredibly convenient, and the overall value was superb.
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the remarkable staff. A special thank you to Shota for his warm and efficient check-in, to Luka for his excellent recommendations and attentive service, to Sandro who kept everything running smoothly...
We stayed at KMM Hotel for four nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very close to Tbilisi’s main tourist attractions, and you can easily walk to most places.

But the best part of our stay was the staff. They were...

Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am.
Stayed here twice on tour of Caucasus First time room 708 for 2 nights Positives -Location of hotel convenient Negatives -Small room, no place to put our suitcases or open them except the bed -Strange quilts, two horizontal strips across the bed, but too narrow to use one each as normal -No kettle, did have coffee machine but only one cup and saucer which looked decorative rather than useable- strange...
A very average hotel. It is clean and room was spacious, but location on a side street without an easy cross walk makes it not super ideal and it can be loud with cars and nightly protests. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful - struggled to open door a few times when hands were full and they never got up to help, barely looked up from the desk.
The air conditioner had a problem. The weather was a bit cold, so I wanted to turn on the air conditioner for heating. The air conditioner was already in heating mode, but after it was turned on for a while, the temperature displayed was even lower, from 19.2 degrees to 18.5 degrees. I woke up from the cold at night. The bathtub didn't have a plug. The front desk said that their bathtubs were like...
Very nice and standard hotel in the heart of the city. All attractions are reachable with a short/cheap bolt ride. We paid half a night for a very early check in (7 am) which was absolutely worth it. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is very decent with an omelette station.
the room is simple but nice the location is good near of bus station and about 10 min to the metro. no any store around but you need to walk.

A Decent Hotel
I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but my experience didn’t quite match the expectations. While the stay was generally fine, I didn’t find anything particularly exceptional or above standard.
I also had issues with the hot water at night, which took about 3–4 hours to resolve. After a long and tiring journey, having to wait until 11:30 p.m. to finally take a shower...
This hotel is a hidden gem. Professional Service, clean spotless, well maintained. The gym is so underrated. My rooms was cozy and clean. David the main reception man noticed I was limping and he was so kind. He ran to the pharmacy for me and got me some ibuprofen. He always carried my bags for me. A 5 star level of professionalism. At a fair price.
This hotel was my first stop upon arriving in Tbilisi, and it made me feel extremely comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and we slept soundly. But what mattered most was the staff—every single one of them was incredibly friendly! The front desk lady who checked us in on the evening of November 16th, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was wonderful. We booked the room on App without specifying...
Everything about this hotel is just superb. They provide everything already in their rooms! I have never been to a hotel that's as thoughtful as this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, quick and professional. They have a spacious parking basement as well. The view is spectacular, and the hotel is located around 25-30 mins walk to the city centre. They also clean their rooms everyday...
Lovely clean hotel. Very clean and really comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay, and service (for the most part) was nice and attentive.
It was strange that such a hotel would not acknowledge birthdays during the stay (we had two) or a wedding that we actually celebrated in the hotel's restaurant.

I made a reservation for my trip, but due to the war crisis, my flight was canceled. I canceled the hotel 2 weeks before the stay, but they are not reply and did not provide a refund. This is very disappointing.
The location is perfect. Very accessible to mall and some attractions however in the 6days of stay, the linens were never changed.
No complimentary coffee or tea. No personal hygiene kit included in stay. Literally just the room, bottled water will be given on the second day.
Breakfast was included in our package. However, menu is the same everyday. Egg, hotdogs, rice, bread.😅
Overall, will give this...
The hotel's clean, the location is fine, and the receptionists team are amazing
The hotel's location is very convenient, 10/10.
This is my second time staying here, and this is precisely why. This time, the breakfast was exceptional; they kept bringing fresh food. The staff was very friendly, and they cleaned everything quickly; apparently, it was a different shift last time. This time, the view from the window was better; I've attached a photo.
My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in 4 rooms during the Nowruz holiday. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. All rooms have a terrace and good lighting, but they are small. Good hotel, clean and smells pleasant. Breakfast was alright, though the eggs tasted like they were from yesterday ;), but overall it was fine. The view from the terrace is superb.
Great location, close to the old town and the hot spring area. My only minor complaint is that the shower area in the bathroom doesn't have a screen, which makes the whole floor wet and inconvenient to get in and out. The rooftop restaurant offers fantastic views and is definitely worth checking out for photos.
Offer a variety of breakfast, especially the pastry crossaint home made yogurt is very good .
Beautiful scenery at level 5 overseeing tbilisi city while enjoying the breakfast.
The cafe staff is very helpful and honest as she handovers my sister handbag to the front desk receptioin which was left on the cafe chair after breakfast.

The hotel is very good and offers excellent value for money.
It is located in a beautiful area, right by the river, in a part of the city where you can experience the local atmosphere — in my opinion, a much better choice than the purely touristy district.
The greatest asset is the kindness of the staff, especially the manager Natia.
A very good choice.
My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The property is very clean, well-managed, and located in an excellent area. What truly made the experience special was the level of service. The manager, Ms. Natia, is exceptionally professional and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I stayed at this lovely guesthouse and absolutely loved it! The room was very comfortable — the bed, the curtains, everything made for a relaxing stay. There’s also a bidet in the bathroom, which was great.
The location is not right in the city center, but it’s quiet and peaceful by the river, and you can reach the center easily by Bolt for just 5–8 GEL, or walk about 35 minutes if you prefer.
Breakfast...
Nice hotel in a quiet street. Stayed for a couple of nights. The was clean, although a bit small. The bed was nice and comfy. The shower was a bit cramped for a guy of my size. We just had an AMAZING vacation at the Tiflis Palace! Gorgeous hotel, beautiful and spacious rooms with balconies. A family of four had a two room suite which was huge. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spotless clean. Location is perfect, right by the old city, but not in the old city itself, so not too noisy. It was PERFECT. Highly recommended!
Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast
Overall it was a really beautiful hotel centrally located next to the sights and the Georgian baths! Only regret was that the hotel in my room wouldn’t flush! And the room was very noisy at night as it was just below the rooftop restaurant so I could hear dragging of chairs until late.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my tour in Georgia. I thought the location was great, with pedestrianized areas of restaurants and cafes right around the corner, and easy walks to museums and Old Town. Rooms were smallish, but clean and very comfortable. The staff were great. For someone used to American hotels, I thought the breakfast buffet was amazing. Would definitely return.
I’m writing this review while at the hotel with one more night remaining *sigh*. The only reason I’m giving any star at all is because the staff here is really amazing and welcoming and also super helpful. We stayed here in April of 2021 aka the worst time for tourism. Our original accommodation fell through and we had to find something urgently, so we just stumbled onto this place.
It was the best stay ever. I cannot think of a better location or service. Breakfast, rooms, amenities were all superb.

Good location, good breakfast. The mattress is too soft - not for everyone.
A nice and cozy hotel with a great location. The only downside is that the windows overlook the courtyard, where the convector heater is noisy.
It's impossible to open the windows—it's very noisy. And without them, it's stuffy.
There is no parking space for the car in the hotel. We only drank 2 water from the mini bar, we paid 4 for them. The staff was friendly and caring. The location of the hotel is considered central, you can reach the very center on foot in 10-15 minutes. The beds of the hotel were extremely comfortable, I didn't want to wake up.
The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets.
The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating.

Central heating can be slighty warm during winter and the solution is to off the air con.Sometimes parking is not enough within the hotel compound and you need to park along the street. There will be spaces along the street after 9.30pm.

Excellent value for money, ideal location.
