According to me it was not as per four star hotel. A lot of things could be better.

We arrived late at night, there was someone at the desk didn’t even bother to greet us , offer any help. No formalities, no polite greeting. Will never choose this hotel again

I only stayed one night, but I didn't expect the room to be an apartment-style hotel. If I'd known, I'd have stayed a few more days, hahaha. The entrance was incredibly hard to find, with no signage. I looked at Google Maps and wandered around the end point for over 20 minutes before finally finding an unidentified entrance. It was hidden inside! 😂

A very average hotel. It is clean and room was spacious, but location on a side street without an easy cross walk makes it not super ideal and it can be loud with cars and nightly protests. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful - struggled to open door a few times when hands were full and they never got up to help, barely looked up from the desk.

Very nice and standard hotel in the heart of the city. All attractions are reachable with a short/cheap bolt ride. We paid half a night for a very early check in (7 am) which was absolutely worth it. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is very decent with an omelette station.

I made a reservation for my trip, but due to the war crisis, my flight was canceled. I canceled the hotel 2 weeks before the stay, but they are not reply and did not provide a refund. This is very disappointing.

Great location, close to the old town and the hot spring area. My only minor complaint is that the shower area in the bathroom doesn't have a screen, which makes the whole floor wet and inconvenient to get in and out. I stayed here at the beginning and end of my tour in Georgia. I thought the location was great, with pedestrianized areas of restaurants and cafes right around the corner, and easy walks to museums and Old Town. We stayed here in April of 2021 aka the worst time for tourism. Our original accommodation fell through and we had to find something urgently, so we just stumbled onto this place. It was the best stay ever. I cannot think of a better location or service. Breakfast, rooms, amenities were all superb.

The room was small, and there were spider webs in two places near the ceiling, so it didn't feel clean. It's hard to say it's a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't look like the bath mat had been replaced or cleaned.

We just had an AMAZING vacation at the Tiflis Palace! Gorgeous hotel, beautiful and spacious rooms with balconies. A family of four had a two room suite which was huge. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spotless clean. Location is perfect, right by the old city, but not in the old city itself, so not too noisy. It was PERFECT. Highly recommended!

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast

Overall it was a really beautiful hotel centrally located next to the sights and the Georgian baths! Only regret was that the hotel in my room wouldn’t flush! And the room was very noisy at night as it was just below the rooftop restaurant so I could hear dragging of chairs until late.

The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. Stayed there for around 4 days. Very comfortable and cozy, definitely would recommend to go to if you want a hotel that’s close to almost everywhere. The food is amazing, staff is lovely and very welcoming, the only issue i have is that the streets are sometimes really crowdy, but that’s generally Vake area issue.

Excellent breakfasts with an amazing view. The room was cleaned every day. The only downside is a kebab shop nearby where a rowdy crowd gathers and makes noise at night. But this didn't spoil my stay at the hotel.

I booked five rooms for two days, starting August 9th, but only four were available. The hotel claimed it was Trip.com's mistake and denied responsibility. I had no choice but to pay an additional $200 and stay in a vacant suite for two nights. I even called the police to complain, a truly absurd experience. The hotel has an excellent location. Nearby is the landmark Freedom Square, as well as a large shopping mall. The bus and railway stations are only 3 minutes away, making it very convenient to go anywhere.
