I usually prefer staying at this hotel during my trips to Tbilisi, one of the main reasons being that, as a Muslim, it has a bidet. The neighborhood was in very bad condition when I first went there, which surprised me, but I see it improving with each visit. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet; I think that's quite good for this price range.

The hygiene was acceptable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay by one night on-site after a change in our travel plans, but it turned out to be cheaper to book through Trip.com.

The hospitality of the hotel is good. Everyday the clean our room. The location is near with the central city an near with metro.

Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the decor was new. The rooftop restaurant had a great ambiance.

Cheap hotel with breakfast, alright wifi connection. The rooms were clean and there was a little fridge. The entry door is locked after 10pm, but the staff will come open the door when you ring the bell. This is a beautiful property with a stunning view across Tbilisi Old Town. Breakfast is delicious. If you're in Tbilisi, this is one of the best places to stay, if you can manage the steep climb up the hill.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Passport Hotel (rated 9 out of 10 on Booking), in a lovely neighborhood in the historic part of Tbilisi, with a stunning view of a picturesque street from my balcony. Quite a climb on the slopes to arrive at the hotel, no elevator to access the highest floors, the aircon was not working and had to borrow an external heater to keep warm. Reception staff are kinda moody and raised their voices when they could not understand what I was talking about. The only good thing is the proximity to the metro

Excellent hotel, the main advantage is the location near the sulfur baths, close to popular restaurants and departure points for tourist excursions. The breakfast is European, hearty, varied.
