I booked five rooms for two days, starting August 9th, but only four were available. The hotel claimed it was Trip.com's mistake and denied responsibility. I had no choice but to pay an additional $200 and stay in a vacant suite for two nights. I even called the police to complain, a truly absurd experience. Trip.com didn't answer my calls or respond to my emails. I demand an apology and compensation...

The hotel has an excellent location. Nearby is the landmark Freedom Square, as well as a large shopping mall. The bus and railway stations are only 3 minutes away, making it very convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel. Got a tiny room in what seemed like the basement, it’s uphill and quite a bit of a walk from freedom square. Very few vegetarian options for breakfast, the in house spa is expensive, the only reason I rated the service as three stars because they offered assistance early morning when I wanted to take a cold medication. Located near the Peace Bridge and close to Trinity Church, it's conveniently situated for walking to the National Museum. It's quiet and not on a main road. The family room I booked was cleaned daily with a sign indicating it was available. There's an elevator and air conditioning. Although the hotel is located in a small alley, it's incredibly convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk to Trinity Cathedral (you'll need to climb a hill, which is perfect for a post-breakfast workout). I liked the hotel: everything was modern, clean, and pleasant, with a good shower and a delicious breakfast. Our room was on the 5th floor with windows almost to the roof. :) There's no parking at the hotel, and parking is generally very scarce in this area.

Compared to other international destinations, the rooms were basic but acceptable. However, the food was below standard, and the dining staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the AC wasn’t working as it had been intentionally turned off, which made the stay uncomfortable. That said, it remains a budget-friendly option for travelers prioritizing cost over comfort.

Its a good budgetry hotel with fair prices but dont expect more as services are limited here. Room service is mostly available in the day time and no one in the night. Why should my passport remain with the receptionist and they would not give it back to me themselves? They were very careless and inconsiderate.

The service was quite good. I was allowed to keep my luggage in holding as it was not check in time yet. The room was decent but when I turned on the thermostat it was so noisy.

There were just 2 walls instead 3 in the shower and water was all over the place. Very loudly outside. The swimming pool was bad.

I usually prefer staying at this hotel during my trips to Tbilisi, one of the main reasons being that, as a Muslim, it has a bidet. The neighborhood was in very bad condition when I first went there, which surprised me, but I see it improving with each visit. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet; I think that's quite good for this price range.

The hygiene was acceptable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay by one night on-site after a change in our travel plans, but it turned out to be cheaper to book through Trip.com.

Great little hotel away from the touristy areas but fairly close to the airport. We used it to stay over between two flights with no desire to expolore the city itself.
