Got a tiny room in what seemed like the basement, it’s uphill and quite a bit of a walk from freedom square. Very few vegetarian options for breakfast, the in house spa is expensive, the only reason I rated the service as three stars because they offered assistance early morning when I wanted to take a cold medication. Located near the Peace Bridge and close to Trinity Church, it's conveniently situated for walking to the National Museum. It's quiet and not on a main road. The family room I booked was cleaned daily with a sign indicating it was available. There's an elevator and air conditioning. Compared to other international destinations, the rooms were basic but acceptable. However, the food was below standard, and the dining staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. There were just 2 walls instead 3 in the shower and water was all over the place. Very loudly outside. The swimming pool was bad.
