Hotel Sani was exactly as advertised! Quiet and a little up the hill. Perfectly located if you like to be out of the touristy business, but easy to get to and from. The room was bigger than expected

It would be hilarious if not my girlfriend was there,in hotel,with a reservation under her name and fully paid and those ****** did not let her in! I finally arrived at hotel late at night and again receptionist was not able to give me a proper reason of their behavior

I even wrote to tue General Manager of Hotel: so far I have not got any anwer. this hotel is pure crap: stay off and book any other hotel in Tblisi not this one

Upon our request, they immediately provided us with extra towels. The housekeeping was excellent, making it a pleasure to stay in such a room

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Freedom Square. There's also a small courtyard outside where you can sit and relax or chat. I noticed mostly Westerners there, no Asians

Hotel is located on the main street... Staff is great.. I meet with a guy i forgot his name but he speaks fluent english...He drove me in his car to buy something...I strongly recommend this hotel for stay.

We were travelling on a budget so we chose an affordable small room. It had almost everything, large comfy bed, AC, TV, dresser. etc, clean and room service came everyday to clean and fix things

Rhe buffet offers Black Georgian tea, soft cheese, oatmeal, salad, jam, yoghurt, eggs, all healthy. There is a bus stop just 30 meters to the left. Public transit can get you to the Old Center

Breakfast was a nice divers traditional items, all fresh and prepared on the fly. For me it was all new experience. Even if you requested some specific items they can prepare it for you

Central location but in a neighborhood with old buildings. However the hotel itself is a well-maintained good looking building. We parked the car at the street but there were very few parking spaces

There's a courtyard and a pool. We stayed in November, and the heating was on, which was a nice touch. A kettle, refrigerator, toothbrushes, and slippers were included. The only downside is the mattress

Top choice Excellent on everything including room cleanliness, Mountain View, breakfast, room keeping service, etc. Most of all, people are very nice and hospitable. They store my baggages for a few days

The only downside was that there’s no elevator, so we had to carry our bags down ourselves. But overall, it was a lovely stay and we’d happily recommend it for anyone visiting Tbilisi

It's rather a family business guest house. Not a real hotel. Cost and clean, but far from the city and it's attractions. Be ware,they don't take credit cards. No elevators, so if you have heavy bags, good luck.

They can work a bit on their breakfast menu but generally it's tidy functional hotel perfect for a short term stay

The hotel itself is fine, but Trip.com's map is inaccurate, so you might have difficulty finding it.

The hotel room is a bit small, but the balcony is quite large. The location is a bit remote in a small alley. However, the price of 98GEl is quite affordable and it also has a balcony
