The breakfast had good quality and variety, with a few items changing daily, which kept it enjoyable and satisfying. The hotel’s cleanliness was also very good. But the best part of our stay was the staff

The entire staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. Everyone made us feel at home from the first day until the last, and we really appreciated their professionalism and warm attitude

We stayed at KMM Hotel for four nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very close to Tbilisi’s main tourist attractions, and you can easily walk to most places

It is clean and room was spacious, but location on a side street without an easy cross walk makes it not super ideal and it can be loud with cars and nightly protests

Professional Service, clean spotless, well maintained. David the main reception man noticed I was limping and he was so kind. He ran to the pharmacy for me and got me some ibuprofen. He always carried my bags for me

After a long and tiring journey, having to wait until 11:30 p. to finally take a shower was especially disappointing and really affected my overall stay

Additionally, I encountered a couple of situations during my visit that did not reflect the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel

The terrace of Monoghraphy Freedom square is really beautiful. The perfect, panoramic Tbilisi view hits different. The location of the hotel is heart of Tbilisi. Dessert option is limitted but still worth to go

Monograph Tbilisi at Freedom Square. The hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately there was no one to help with the luggage. The carpets were not clean and full of spots

The location is excellent, making travel super convenient. They even have fried rice for breakfast, which is great for easing that 'Chinese stomach' craving. Plus, the breakfast area has a wonderful view

The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. Also, a suggestion: it would be great to have toothbrush holders in the bathroom

Our room was spacious and clean, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom was perfect for drying thicker clothes overnight. Breakfast was very rich and varied, though it did get a bit crowded

Our second trip to Tbilisi was for our marriage registration, and we chose this beautiful hotel for our stay. Honestly, it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in together

I think what makes it more stuffy is the carpet. However The location is good. there’s lots of cafes around and it’s close to a lot of places

It is in easy walking distance to many of the sights (noting that Tbilisi has plenty of hills and very bad footpaths), and is in the heart of wonderful places to eat, including the Bazari, Mussel Place and Wine Hole (downstairs)

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my tour in Georgia. I thought the location was great, with pedestrianized areas of restaurants and cafes right around the corner, and easy walks to museums and Old Town

The rooms are tastefully decorated and had plenty of space for luggage. Our children could also spend time in our room without it being cramped. We booked a massage and the masseuse was very professional

A good place to stay with proximity to tourist locations. Only suggestion would be to add a long mirror in the room as there is only one in the toilet

One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues

We just had an AMAZING vacation at the Tiflis Palace! Gorgeous hotel, beautiful and spacious rooms with balconies. A family of four had a two room suite which was huge

The hotel is alright, with decent overall environment and facilities. However, the 'king-size bed' was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on

Probably my first time posting such a long review as I'm truly impressed with the value that the accommodation provides: Reception staffs are friendly and when checking in early around 8am to offload my luggage after an overnight train, I was informed the earliest possible timing is 12noon which I had no issues as I had a day tour which ended on late afternoon

Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good

Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable. My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups

The 'balcony' is just a landing on the fire escape with an office chair 😅😂 Otherwise, it's alright. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is basic but fine

Excellent breakfasts with an amazing view. The room was cleaned every day. The only downside is a kebab shop nearby where a rowdy crowd gathers and makes noise at night. But this didn't spoil my stay at the hotel.

There is hundreds of places to eat around the Hotel. Room was nice and clean, bathroom was also clean. I stayed in 3 hotels during my visit in Georgia and this hotel had nicest and cleanest bathroom, so that's mega good

I stayed for one night and it was very good! The room was clean! The hotel is near to the centre! The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was amazing! I will stay again in the future! But the wifi was very poor.

Breakfast was delicious, the only hotel that still had food. Other hotels had very limited food supply so we didn't have what to eat. In Kalasi Hotel we didn't have this issue
