Very good location, only 5 mins walk to Freedom square. The room is nice and quite spacious. The communication with hotel staff is also good, we arrived very late at night and leave very early in the morning

Aside from the uphill climb, there's nothing wrong with it; consider it exercise. Breakfast isn't very varied, and it's essentially a buffet, but you need to get up early to eat

The guesthouse owner was a bit aloof, but that seems to be the typical Georgian style. His English wasn't great either, so I needed to use a translator to speak Russian

The building is very old, but all of Tbilisi has old buildings. The bathroom needs restoration. The room was clean, but cleaning wasn't done on the days we were supposed to. We took our own necessities from the cupboard

Rooms are spotless, powerful shower with plentiful hot water. Rooms have a kettle and fridge. No beverage sachets but there is a convenience store very close by

We hanged sign "Clean up room", but nothing happened. The receptionist was not aware what should he do, he was incompetent and unfriendly. He made us feel as we disturbed him, so it was not a good customer service

Just had a few drinks there and the wonderful homemade lemonade. The place is really nicely decorated and preserving the old architecture. Only the Art Cafe nearby spoils the beautiful views and my emit noise when busy.

Nice hotel, coolest reception ever and sweet staff. My hotel was facing Avenue Rustaveli, so I could hear the traffic pretty well, it was a bit noisy. Other than that, it was perfect and I enjoyed my stay there.

The room was nice, facing the street but with good soundproofing, not noisy. There was a parking lot with easy access, a rich breakfast, and outdoor balcony seating with a beautiful view overlooking Tbilisi

Overall, I've never seen such a good price-quality ratio (I rarely give full marks, but I'll make an exception here). And now, my suggestions (so they can be even better)
