Location is in the heart of the city. Few minutes walk from the Freedom Square. A lot of options for breakfast, however, no rice :( The room is nice and clean, but no dental kit provided

The hotel has an excellent location. Nearby is the landmark Freedom Square, as well as a large shopping mall. The bus and railway stations are only 3 minutes away, making it very convenient to go anywhere.

The staff was always helpful and courteous, and the rooms were modern and comfortably furnished. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast, which was both varied and high-quality

Pleasant hotel! Located in a quiet spot, not far from the city center. Excellent breakfasts. We had a car, and there's a small parking lot available.

It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help. These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free

The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep

when we came we saw review that the food was not the best, and it made us a bit hesitant, but, when we tried the breakfast, it was amazing and we were hooked. I'm glad we made the decision to stay here

Located near the Peace Bridge and close to Trinity Church, it's conveniently situated for walking to the National Museum. It's quiet and not on a main road

The hotel is in a great location, with the Kura River outside the window, and there is a nice platform on the top floor suitable for sitting and daydreaming! You can take bus 337 directly from the airport, and it is not far to walk, and the road is easy to walk! The breakfast is super good, I like it very much, super delicious! I will stay here again next time!

The family room I booked was cleaned daily with a sign indicating it was available. There's an elevator and air conditioning. Although the facilities are those of a budget hotel, it offers good value for money

Although the hotel is located in a small alley, it's incredibly convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk to Trinity Cathedral (you'll need to climb a hill, which is perfect for a post-breakfast workout)

The Peace Bridge is less than 10 minutes away, making it easy to get around. The hotel breakfast is excellent, especially with bottled water, a coffee machine, and various types of eggs

My only negative is that there were 3 light bulbs that didn't work - I asked for them to be replaced but they never were. It didn't spoil my stay though. The TV wasn't working, however, this was fixed quite quickly

There's no iron and ironing board in the room, however, housekeeping provided these quite quickly. There are places to eat and drink nearby. The location of the hotel is easily accessible to Freedom Square

I booked a Superior Double Room at A4 Hotel, Tbilisi. Doors opened onto a Juliet type terrace. Two full length mirrors in room. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Bed and pillows were comfortable

Rooms are in good condition with affordable furniture and nice cleaning service. So happy to find such great hotel and 100% will stay in future

Sometimes you yourself need to go to reception and pick things up. Also make sure to get one different charging socket as georgia has different charging points and not the international ones

We stayed at the Folk Hotel April 2026. On first arrival the hotel has a very rustic look with faded teak and rust-coloured highlights. Inside it is stylish and modern, with good facilities

It is situated in a residential area, about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of the old town of Tbilisi. Although there are a couple of schools nearby, the kids were well behaved

The breakfast is good with hot eggs and sausage, albeit that was an emphasis on cake which we found rather dry. There is a small bar and veranda looking out onto the green area at the rear

The location is excellent, it was a short walk to the sulfur baths and Vakhtang Georgaseli square and we were even able to walk up to the Botanic Gardens from the hotel - the hill wasn't as steep as I had expected

The hotel is not new, the room is large with a good view from the large windows. The door to the refrigerator was broken and there was no door to the shower, water was getting on the floor in the bathroom

Super Hotel with excellent location in middle of Tbilisi. The view was just perfect from the restaurant terrace and from the balcony. It was 1st time but we will come back to this amazing hotel.

City Avenue Hotel Tbilisi is one of the best hotel choices in Tbilisi, connecting the lively Arab Street with its restaurants and cafes. The reception staff, especially Ms. Tako, are very friendly and always smiling

The location is excellent, with tasty restaurants, walking areas, and a bathhouse all within walking distance. You even get a 10% discount at the bathhouse when staying at this hotel

The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I think it offers good value for the price

The breakfasts are excellent, including the eggs Benedict, which you have to order separately from the menu
