Central location but in a neighborhood with old buildings. However the hotel itself is a well-maintained good looking building. Staff was nice and caring. They accept credit cards. The reception is 24/7. We parked the car at the street but there were very few parking spaces.

Great option to stay! The room was clean and ready when we arrived even though we booked last minute. Easy checkin and checkout, great price. The airco was a little bit struggling, so we had to open the window to the street which made it quite noisy at night, but with a closed window the room was very quiet.

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and transport hub. There is a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is simple and tasty, like homemade food. The room is pretty good. The hotel is very well designed. There are only stairs and no elevator. There is a Chinese restaurant next to it and Carrefour opposite. However, it is far away from various tourist attractions in Tbilisi. If you want to travel and stay, it is recommended to choose one near the central square.

It’s in a great location. Breakfast is very good. Most day trip tours begin at 9:00am and breakfast begins at 9;00am so was a bit problematic. Breakfast is served late, from 9am to 11am. I was planning to leave at 8am, so I asked for a simple breakfast at 7:30am. There was a strange smell in the bathroom all the time, so I used deodorant. The female staff didn't speak English but were very friendly, and at night they replaced the male staff who spoke English. If you have any questions, you can ask the staff. They were very kind.

I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is provided if you pay extra. The rooms are near and good enough size. My only complaint is the shower area of the bathroom wherein the water clogs. They do not have a restaurant but you can order online food.

I traveled alone.. I could use the terrace and there was a window sofa on the terrace window, so it was romantic.. The large tile bathroom was also clean.. I felt like it was a bit excessive for $35.. So I asked to extend my stay for one more day, but they charged me $135, so I checked out without a second thought. Haha

Aside from the uphill climb, there's nothing wrong with it; consider it exercise. Breakfast isn't very varied, and it's essentially a buffet, but you need to get up early to eat. If there aren't many guests, the quantity prepared is limited, and if you arrive late, there won't be many options left (breakfast is served from 8-10 am).

We stayed at Phazisi Hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday in Georgia. We found the owners to be very kind and helpful. They stored our bike boxes for us for several weeks while we cycled around the country.
