I spent New Year's with friends at this hotel. It was a beautiful place with very good staff and breakfast was excellent…

Unfriendly female waitress, unhappy with her job. When you ask for toilet paper, she tells you to buy some.

Everything was good, but there are two minuses: no hot water, and it was noisy, it was difficult to sleep peacefully!!!

Have been here with a large group of children, a very positive stay. The staff, especially in reception, is ultra friendly and helpful, keeping an eye on everything to be excellent. Also added breakfast option totally free of charge. Don't know how was here with previous owners, but currently it was one of the most positive stays. Also, underground parking is available. The hotel is awesome. Location is strategic and good ambience. A perfect stay for us . Central heating can be slighty warm during winter and the solution is to off the air con.Sometimes parking is not enough within the hotel compound and you need to park along the street. There will be spaces along the street after 9.30pm.

Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. This hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. We could easily walk to the metro, many eateries were close by, it was safe and easy to walk or ride from Liberty Square. The breakfasts were excellent. Very well-located hotel in the old town. It is located a five minute walk from Freedom Square and ten minutes from the Peace Bridge. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide choice at the buffet and you could also order hot dishes such as omelette and shakshuka. We were allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight.

Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm.

We stayed at the hotel from 2025-05-14 to 2025-05-17, the view from the room is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, there is a large selection :) It's far from the city, but there is a shop in front :)

Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable. My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups. This is not what I expect from any good hotel

The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. The 'balcony' is just a landing on the fire escape with an office chair 😅😂 Otherwise, it's alright. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is basic but fine.

Stayed there for around 4 days. Very comfortable and cozy, definitely would recommend to go to if you want a hotel that’s close to almost everywhere. The food is amazing, staff is lovely and very welcoming, the only issue i have is that the streets are sometimes really crowdy, but that’s generally Vake area issue.

The hotel's location is good: walking distance from the hill to the center and back by taxi (uphill). There are shops and cafes nearby. We spent only one night at Grand Palace Hotel, but the hospitality left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a friend’s birthday by arranging a cake. The team at the reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming. A short stay, but a very memorable one.

When we got to the hotel, they told us the hotel was full so they had to move us to another hotel and it took two hours, and I am not happy about it. The breakfast on the other Hotel was not as good as grand Palace to PC.

Great location, very near to metro where you are able to get to liberty square in 2 stops surrounded by shops and restaurant and Fabrika. Room was nice but many equipments in room was not work. Safety box was not work, tv remote control was not work, we have asked for new battery but no body brought them to our room. Bed sheet was not changed during stay. Water, coffee and tea bag was not replaced

Excellent breakfasts with an amazing view. The room was cleaned every day. The only downside is a kebab shop nearby where a rowdy crowd gathers and makes noise at night. But this didn't spoil my stay at the hotel.

I booked five rooms for two days, starting August 9th, but only four were available. The hotel claimed it was Trip.com's mistake and denied responsibility. I had no choice but to pay an additional $200 and stay in a vacant suite for two nights. I even called the police to complain, a truly absurd experience. The hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel. It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help. These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free. Got a tiny room in what seemed like the basement, it’s uphill and quite a bit of a walk from freedom square. Very few vegetarian options for breakfast, the in house spa is expensive, the only reason I rated the service as three stars because they offered assistance early morning when I wanted to take a cold medication. Located near the Peace Bridge and close to Trinity Church, it's conveniently situated for walking to the National Museum. It's quiet and not on a main road. The family room I booked was cleaned daily with a sign indicating it was available. There's an elevator and air conditioning. Although the hotel is located in a small alley, it's incredibly convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk to Trinity Cathedral (you'll need to climb a hill, which is perfect for a post-breakfast workout). You can also take a taxi or bus up; the walk down is probably only 15 minutes. Crossing the bridge to the Old Town pedestrian street takes another 15 minutes, thanks to underpasses and pedestrian bridges...

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food.
