As a solo traveler I find this boutique hotel very attractive and safe place to visit in Tbilisi. Staff was super friendly and helped me book a Taxi anywhere I needed to. I got tons of advice on what to see and visit in Tbilisi. This place is chic, modern and definitely unique - something you'll rarely discover elsewhere in the city.

The most unique concept in entire Tbilisi. The hotel is not big, it's a very typical boutique hotel in Georgia with design hotel features. It is very clean but in a bit busy neighborhood.

10/10 for a couple's weekend getaway. The atmosphere is intimate yet stylish, with soft lighting, thoughtful details, and a calm energy that lets you truly unwind. The location is perfect — close enough to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like a private escape. Highly recommended for couples. 💙

Don't stay in a room on the top floor

Great service. The reception guy, Sandro , goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Big rooms, very clean. Only 1 elevator though.

I stayed at splinded 3 nights, which was so nice. Service is great, staffed are nice, so hospitable, and honest. A staff who’s name is Shota has helped me to know more about the city and the country, he was great. The neighbourhood is quiet, near to most of the shops you need.

Location was literally inside a theatre and was quite noisy. The location was also hard to find as it is surrounded by other buildings, but ample signage made it easier. The staff were somewhat rude.

Tbilisi after a snowfall is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel's location is superb. It's right next to the metro and a shopping mall, and some attractions are even within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient.

Location of the hotel is at the centre just behind the Liberty metro. Walking distance to Freedom Square and other attractions. Staff at the reception was okay just this hotel has no elevator. We took the direct bus line 337 to airport just in front of the Liberty metro, which is 2min walking from the hotel. Overall, nice stay in the heart of Tbilisi.

Clean rooms and polite staff, but the location is a big downside. Even with our own car, traffic made it really difficult to move around. Not ideal if you want to explore Tbilisi easily.

Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as ******* mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!

An excellent new hotel in Tbilisi. A stunning view of Mount Mtatsminda. Delicious restaurants and good service. The pool is small, and during festivals it gets very crowded, so there's not enough room for everyone. This is something to keep in mind when traveling. Breakfast could be a little more varied.

Good place but have no backstreet

I selected it because it’s not so far from airport . Since the hotel is located near to main road, you can reach airport in 10-15 minutes at any time. In reality, the rooms are a little worse than in photos, but the most important thing is that bed and bathroom are clean. For such price it’s good option.
