Quite a climb on the slopes to arrive at the hotel, no elevator to access the highest floors, the aircon was not working and had to borrow an external heater to keep warm. Reception staff are kinda moody and raised their voices when they could not understand what I was talking about. The only good thing is the proximity to the metro

Great little hotel away from the touristy areas but fairly close to the airport. We used it to stay over between two flights with no desire to expolore the city itself. Nice hotel with good atmosphere, located on walking distance from the centre. Superb breakfast. Thin walls and not well isolated. You hear traffic nearby, your neigbours and people entering te building. They did not fix the entrance near my room which made noise whenever someone came in, although I requested it on different occasions.

Excellent hotel, the main advantage is the location near the sulfur baths, close to popular restaurants and departure points for tourist excursions. The breakfast is European, hearty, varied. The hotel staff is responsive, they helped us with a corkscrew and an iron. By the standards of neighboring hotels and the room stock of Tbilisi - a good value for money.
