I was on a business trip. The hotel is without pretentiousness. Everything is clean. The breakfast is great.

We booked a 45 square meter room, but when we arrived we were only given a small room, and there was a sloping roof above the bed, so we couldn't straighten our waist and would hit our head if we were not careful. Since we couldn't communicate due to the language barrier, we just had to endure it for one night.

Nice hotel near the center of Tbilisi. Conveniently located near a park in a densely populated part of the city, very polite and attentive owner. Pomegranates and grapes grow over the courtyard. I recommend to bike travelers.

our booking was changed to this hotel, due to some water damage in the original hotel we booked. we are a family of 18 with children and babies, arrived in the middle of the night, and staff went out of their way to help us. Very friendly people, Eka and Maya made our stay great, thank you!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided support in everything and it was very enjoyable to chat with them. The rooms were clean and there was 24 hours hot water available. Breakfast was enough. There was wifi in the room. The location was great, close to places to visit, and there was a metro and many bus stops with it.

All good but all small. Rooms small bathroom small dining area small but I don't have any complaints because the reception and all staff exceptional service.

It was better if there was a trash can in the room. Also, there is no elevator so carrying suitcases was a struggle. The hosts were very kind and welcoming.

The location is superb. It's conveniently located near a train station, subway station, and a local market, making dining very easy. The bed was quite soft, but I found it surprisingly comfortable. This might be because the excellent air circulation kept the room cool enough that I didn't even need to use the air conditioning!

Great place to stay. We arrived late and the hosts took us to a place where we can eat. Next day we had a trip planned and there were difficulties due to the weather. The hosts kept us updated about the circumstances and also booked us a taxi to the station. The rooms are great at very competitive prices, with all the services needed. Big, clean and quiet. I was traveling alone and stayed at a hotel called Pushkin because of its name, but it was the worst hotel I've stayed at during my entire trip. It was a bit pricey at $32, but I think there are a lot of better hotels for $35.

Really nice hotel. We got the top floor, 2 floors room, but the wifi didn't reach the second floor. The view was very nice from the window. The food in the breakfast was lacking but enough to not starve. To get to the hotel we need to go up the mountain a little and the uphill walk was hard. Also, there is no elevator and to get to the room, you need to walk up a lot of stairs.

We stayed here two time, for the total duration of 1.5 weeks. in two different rooms. 2 adults + 2 children. The place is very interesting and super cozy. Famous with its paintings of Frida on the wall. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Nice breakfast. Location is also great, close to old town and not far from Freedom Square. Just had a few drinks there and the wonderful homemade lemonade. The place is really nicely decorated and preserving the old architecture. Only the Art Cafe nearby spoils the beautiful views and my emit noise when busy.

Great location and great value for money.

The bed is very hard. There is no air conditioning. If you sleep in the summer, it will be very hot. But the location is very good, right on the main road of the city.

This hotel is indeed the cheapest in terms of cost performance. There is a Chinese restaurant and a hand-painted coffee shop next door, but the room has no windows. It is obviously several degrees hotter inside than outside. There are fire hazards. If you want to save money, choose this one.

Hotel is noisy because of constant traffic day and night. Curtains are thin and don't block morning light. The place is being renovated which spoils any atmosphere it might have otherwise had due to work materials in the common areas. Much better options in the area.

We had a very comfortable stay with our baby. The hotel’s location was very central and convenient. The breakfast variety was quite sufficient, and the rooms were very clean. Very nice B&B. Owner speaks Georgian and Russian, with a bit of English. The street is a bit hard to find for some drivers, and the roads, like all Tbilisi alleys, are very narrow, but it's quite quiet and peaceful.

The room was nice, just like the picture. My trip arrived in the evening, around 10 o'clock, and we were checked in quickly. It's a 10-minute walk from the bus station. There's hot water and internet. The breakfast is small, but it's enough for a morning snack. On the downside, the balcony door is hard to open; it needs to be fixed.

Best hotel apartment in tbilisi with affordable rate and in few minutes drive from the old tbilisi. We stayed there for two days from our georgia trip, and their service was pretty good and they had wide variety of dishes in their breakfast, location was in a quiet area.
