This place is fabulous! The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and new, beds are great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful spot by the river and is very walkable.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I love it because it's right off the freeway, next to PM Power Meals, a place with delicious bowls, and it's dog friendly. Last time I checked in my dog got a treat from the reception. How nice. It's an ok place to sleep for a few nights. I don't like that once my toilet was visibly not clean when I entered my room, and that the stuff is easily overwhelmed sometimes...

Very modern new hotel with excellent fixtures, fittings and furniture. On site parking, with a good free breakfast. Located in the industrial/commercial sector of Erlangen. Walk to the city centre is, a walk so I'd recommend a taxi. The only real let down was managerial staff attentiveness. Staying here itself wasn’t really a problem. However, if you can’t get a spot in the ground-level parking area, you’ll have to use the underground paid parking, which costs €15 per night. There’s hardly anything around the hotel, so without a car you don’t have much freedom. The DB station is about a 10-minute walk away, and from there it’s just one stop north to Erlangen, which cost me €3 one way...

A 3 star hotel that outclasses many so-called 4 star ones (e.g in Munich). Stylish decorated, new, clean, large enough, friendly staff, outdoor and indoor parking, stable Internet. Even small welcome gifts are supplied. Well managed!

Hotel gave me the wrong room. 2 single beds instead of the queen-size bed I booked. The receptionist was never there and when he was there, he was useless. The cook and head chef in the restaurant next door was the rudest and most unprofessional in his discipline. I had the same thing confirmed by a dozen other hotel guests.

On arrival we were unsure how we could enter the parking garage, but we had to chose the underground parking garage which could just be entered by pressing a button to receive your ticket. From the station, it's just a one-stop bus or tram ride. The hotel is located in a quiet area and is conveniently close to the Alte Mainbrücke (Old Main Bridge), so I highly recommend it!

We went for Christmas markets in Germany. The hotel is a bit far from the city and the nearest station is about 15 mins walk.

The hotel was basic yet very good. Clean, polite staff and room with all that you need. The location is 15-20 mins from anywhere you want to go in the city, with bus and Ubahn stops very near. Area is very safe as well, recommended. Very good value for money.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Europe. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the staff let us check in early, for which I wanted to express my gratitude. In terms of transportation, it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, so the location is quite excellent.

Very good hotel with warm, welcoming, and attentive staff. The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant, and the service makes you feel truly taken care of. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, there was no hot water for a shower after 10pm on our first night. The WiFi cuts in and out constantly. The free breakfast is buffet style and there is a lot of variety - bread, yogurt, fresh fruits, cold cut meat, salad, eggs, cereal. The front desk is only staffed a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening.

An 'ok' hotel. Good location, within 15 minutes walk of the old town. In regards to staff, the ones in the breakfast room are very nice, the ones on reception not so great. Some pretend to make an effort, at times, but that's about it. The rooms are very basic, outdated, ours had some mould on the grout in the shower. Like I said, an ok hotel.

Absolutely not bad for one night, enroute home or holiday. Luggage is safe in the car in the underground garage. Room not bad and the bed sleeps amazing! Bathroom needs attention... Walking distance to the historic centrum and a basic but good breakfast.

Great location, very close to Castel. Transportation is also very close: U-Bahn and Bus is very close to reach to connect to other places in the city.

Although it's far from the station, it's very conveniently located for getting to the city center. There's a supermarket next door, so it's easy to buy souvenirs. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was very satisfying. Coffee and tea were available, but it was a shame that there was no water. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

I visited for a business trip to Fraunhofer, and the facilities were great, and the hot water was excellent. There's a steakhouse nearby that's absolutely delicious. If you're visiting Augsburg, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Olympik Park and residential area. I went for a Champions league match and did stay with them for a day . The Hotel is one station away from the ground. Highly recommended for football fans especially for match day . The place had a decent breakfast and nice ambience as it was Christmas.

Ideal overnight road trip room Great priced and Ideally located hotel for my trip. Located close to autobahn/motorway, and to Nurnburg Zeppelinfeld, convention centre both walking distance. Good hotel outside of the city center. Less than a 10 minute walk to public transport and then about a 15 minute ride to the center. Breakfast was very good (lots of choice!) and friendly staff.
