There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. The staff are all incredibly friendly and always strive to fulfill every guest's wishes. The food is superb. We had half-board and enjoyed a delicious five-course meal every evening. The room was large and clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and saunas. We would love to come back and thank you for the wonderful winter holiday.

We were at the Tannenhof again and had a very nice and relaxing few days. Great location for hiking tours and trips to the Bavarian Forest. We have from September 22nd. - 09/27/24 Spent 5 wonderful days of vacation at the Hotel Tannenhof. The employees were all friendly and were available to help with any questions. The half board left nothing to be desired. There was something for every taste. We were able to safely store the e-bikes we brought with us and charge them free of charge. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to all the places you will want to go and in a quiet back street. The staff were superb, always willing to help and providing us with our English breakfast tea when we needed it. Breakfast was nice too. Everything was clean and tidy.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Christmas market and close to many amenities. It was clean, but very, very small, and the bed was quite hard and the pillows lacked structure. The shower was OK, but there were burst of hot and cold water every few seconds.

The hotel is in a great location near the main train station. We had a room facing the back. At night, we couldn't hear any street noise. In the evenings and mornings, there was a strong smell of doner kebab from the many doner shops nearby. We were there for a football match, and it was perfect for that. It was ok…wasn’t my favorite place of my trip around Germany. Located close to the main train station and close to the Marienplatz but I would have given it an extra star of all the staff was nice. Very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and you can walk to all the major attractions. Suitable for a short trip. - Well located

The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

Very cool hotel, perfect global taste of breakfast for everyone.

If you are visiting, I would reccomend it for families. My family did not stay here , but we are their. The food was very good(big meals) and it was inspired by Austrian, italian and german. I especially liked the playground it offered for the smaller children. The parents could be sitting and chatting while not having to worry about their child.

I got a pretty noisy room close to main road in fourth floor. It was pretty small with no TV and no WiFi. If you do have individual wishes or inquiries please do not expect a high flexibility. Nevertheless the historic place is a cozy way of accomodation.

The location is pretty good. The room is tiny, but it's enough for one person. The shower is especially small... The soundproofing isn't great. They offer free luggage storage. The hotel is quite ok, the beds were good and the shower was also good, the breakfast, was a bit boring for my taste. Fairly simple contemporary hotel with all that is needed for a short business stay. Good internet speed, quiet for a good sleep and a 5 minute walk from BMW digital if that is where you will be heading. It's also a 1 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get you to the city center or elsewhere. One thing that could be improved here is the breakfast which is a bit too basic for 4 star hotel.

The bathroom was a little different than what I’m used to-no shower curtain or door but it worked. Hotel was close enough within walking distance to Marienplatz (we were there for the Christmas markets) and the main train station was an easy 45 minute walk. And the pizza restaurant right next door was a godsend when other places were closed the one night (and the pizza was decent).
