We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We left the location. It was quiet away from all the business. Great shopping. Just ride around the block about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were quirky but big and spacious. We had big windows we could open for ventilation. AC does not seem to work as was our experience at every hotel throughout Germany. I would recommend this place.

Great area, very quiet. Very friendly staff. A cute quality hotel to get a nice German feel. However our shower didn’t drain and flooded every time we turned on the faucet and there was hair in there from the previous guests. The side of the bed nearest the window was not swept of food crumbs, indicating a lousy clean job. And the fan they brought us didn’t work.

The pictures do not represent the reality... It is a bit older. The rooms are a bit odd. We booked a family room and got 2 separate rooms. One had a cupboard with a kitchenette in it. Area is in central "walking zone" beside a tree lined park. Paid Parking on street; hotel offers some private parking at expense (becoming common in Germany). Breakfast included, which is becoming less common in Germany. Easy walking to central shopping and restaurants. Room was nicely furnished and clean. Old style stately hotel with high ceilings. Lovely little hotel on the edge of Passau town , easy within walking distance roughly 10mins away , very clean and all rooms had everything you need for a short stay over maybe 1/2 days , excellent breakfast choices of continental, full English and much more , would highly recommend this hotel .

Located probably a 15 minute walk from the centre, the location is nice. I chose this as it had parking and I wanted somewhere secure for my motorbike, but they charge €20 to park so may as well stay in the centre and pay to park. The room was nice, and breakfast was reasonable.

Terrific resort off the beaten path The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The room was brand new, airy, and large. The food at the restaurant was exceptionally good.

Peace on the lake. This is an idyllic place close to nature. The breakfast was ample and service not intrusive. The situation is quite and access is by an end road so traffic is not an issue.

We were 4 women there for wellness, we were all pleasantly surprised with everything. There was delicious food. Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner we were all full. All 5 stars hotel if you visit Munich with your family. We booked one of their apartment rooms with fully equipped kitchenette which was a savor travelling with a toddler. Room was neat and clean and gave us a luxurious experience. Add to these the free parking. It is just 20 minutes drive from Munich center and in a quite neighbourhood, and close to supermarkets.

Convenient location close to S3 line station. Quiet room though no charm. Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable in our standard bedroom. Bathroom was small with very noisy door and poor isolation to the room.

The transportation is quite convenient

It is a stone's throw away from Munich Main Station and you can reach several attractions on foot. There are free apples at the front desk! The reception is also very warm! Good value for money! Free candies are also given when you check in!

The hotel is easy to find in the centre of town and has free parking available. We were given a very warm welcome by Michael, who speaks excellent English and has a great sense of humour. Comfortable stay in a lovely room. We got great views of the gondola and mountains from our room. Be sure to visit the church just down the street and you will find yourself in the old section of town with beautiful buildings. The hotel has a few parking spots behind the restaurant which was very convenient. And dinner was very good as well.
