I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. It was high tourist season and took us hours to find a hotel with a room. I am also still trying to get my money back.
DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!!!!

Pretty awesome hotel. Great rate. Free bottle of wine; cute heart shaped blanket, and overall one of the biggest rooms I've had. Staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly :) Will be back.

Room set top quality at a good price, with an irish pub just down great and good environment that does not generate noise

Dear Vitus-Team, thank you for the great holiday. We have enjoyed the stay in the large, bright and stylishly decorated rooms. Despite the heat wave, these were pleasant tempered and then there was also the beer garden for a Refreshing dip. Particularly the cordiality of the hosts, has topped the stay. Everything is good: location, rooms, facilities, beds (good mattresses), cleanliness, Breakfast (large jam offer), the Service and the context offer (Live music, Irish Pub, beer garden, trips, Information etc.). :)
We had booked the summer special where the stay in the Royal crystal-Therme Spa and a carriage ride of almost 2 hours.
