● THE POSTIVES- Great location. Only 5 mins walk to local train station into city centre. Convenience shop directly attached. Lovely local coffee shop. Amazing Italian eatery 2 mins away. ●THE NEGATIVES- This hotel has a bug/insect problem. Please address. Previous reviews have highlighted this serious concern. OVERALL- Room for improvement but would definitely return. Ps: I came home & washed everything In a 90 degrees wash cycle.

Nice and clean hotel for stay. Parkings are available outside and also underground. Room was clean with a coffee maker.

Very clean hotel near the center

The rooms are very comfortable, just as shown in the pictures. Some floors are equipped with a common kitchen you can use to prepare breakfast or so. It is a bit far from the city center but Munich is very well connected. Also, very close to the Hotel there is a good bakery and there are some close places around to buy groceries. The bus stop is right in front of the Hotel and if you walk a bit further (3-4 min) you find the S-Bahn.

This is a quite new "boarding house " type hotel....not only with kitchen facilities, free underground parking and only minutes away from the S-Bahn, but is moderately priced! The rooms are very small, but arranged well and even includes a Nespresso machine! Friendly personnel! Drawbacks: dogs are allowed in the rooms, non-functioning air conditioning and basically no security except CCTV.

Amazing hotel with helpful staff. Amazing, fully equipped common kitchen where you can meet other people from hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Big screen TV with stabile and fast internet connection. Parking free of charge for hotel guests under hotel with enough space. Lots of shops near by.
