As mentioned in other comments, the hotel is located in an area where there are night clubs and strip clubs. Occasionally we feel uncomfortable walking back at night but in the day it is fine. Many hotels are located in this area.

Room is spacious for 3 adults, even though toilet is a little small. And on our last day, we spotted a tiny roach along the walls (not sure if it came in from outside), but we had no issues with the bed. There is no aircon in the room which is not an issue for us as it was cooling in Apr 2026 but something to take note if u are coming in summer.

Plus point is the staff are very welcoming and always ready to assist.

The place is okay.
The pillows of the bed are unfortunately too soft. The shower still has curtains, which tend to stick on you while you shower and the bathroom floor tends to get spilled with water pretty fast.

The hotel has some parking spots in the back, which is good.

The breakfast is okay as well.

Even though nothing was bad, I wouldn't make it my first pick next time.
But thats a personal choice, no mistake on their behalf.

It was very clean and comfortable for a group of five. The reception was also very kind and we were very satisfied. However, the surrounding area is an Islamic town, which was a bit scary for tourists. However, this does not affect the hotel's rating.

The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage there before check in, as well as the next day. The location was close enough to central Munich, and the room was quiet. The breakfast was filling and enjoyable, and the beds were comfortable.

Great location within walking distance of the train station, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in two hours early, and they even upgraded our room. Most importantly, there is a lift in the building.

Terrible hotel, the rooms are tiny and so are the bathrooms. We are not sure which rooms they have taken photos of and used to advertise but it was not what we got. The location is not great and does not feel very safe. Staff told us it would be okay if we walk a few minutes from the hotel where things become nicer, which was concerning. There are much better hotels in much nicer locations in Munich.

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms, quick access to the train station, old town and the Wiesn. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet was always stocked and staff was always willing to accommodate our cappuccino requests. We throughtly enjoyed our stay during the Oktoberfest!

Spacious and clean rooms at great prices. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We couldn’t find parking directly at the hotel, but there was a nearby car park with a good discount arrangement, so it wasn’t a problem for us. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the old town, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which makes the location very convenient.

The staff and reception were also very friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Aydan, who truly made us feel welcome!

If you want a good nights sleep do not stay here. Very noisy and not isolated house. And very old. Also has a Very rude and unfriendly staff. Indeed the house is charming, but it without doubt not worth the very high price! Trust me, you can find a much better place in Munich.
