Terrible experience, dirty bathroom floor, even the first eyes on hotel entry, the door handle is discussing with black marks. Everywhere in the hotel is filled with l full of junk, like a warehouse. The staff management attitude s very arrogant!

Check-in is at 2 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay an extra 20 Euros. Luggage storage costs 8 Euros. The staff said the fees were listed and we must have overlooked them. If you arrive at the hotel after 2 PM, the price and facilities are definitely a good deal. But if you need to check in before 2 PM and pay an additional 20 Euros to get into your room, then you should really think twice.

Location is excelent and many small restaurants and groceries that opens until more than 20:00. This is the time where everything is closed in Munich. All transportation is at 100 metres.
Just to consider that this is the beginning of a red zone.
Finally, cleaning service of the hotel a disaster. People of the restaurant are quite good.

Usually I don't post reviews and english isnt my main language, but the need to WARN other tourists got me.
With almost 100 trips on my back, I can only say that this is by far one of the worst hotels I seen. The website is well designed but is a lie and here is why:
1- rooms don't have mini bar, no extra pillows nor AC or even the TV connected to wifi.
2 - the shower doors are broken, no water pressure, the cheap "soap" leaves your skin sticky, and the hot water is a joke ( 2 seconds of hot water then cold)
3 - the elevator doesn't reach the 7th floor so watch out which room you get or you may need to use the stairs with all your bags.
4 - the entrance of the hotel is more like an entrance to a gallery than to a hotel.
5 - the location isn't as they say, it's surrounded by strip clubs, drug dealers and junkies.
And the list goes on, but I don't want to write a Bible...
Conclusion, save your money you'll be better in any other hotel or even hostel.
Ps. Idk how it got 3 stars or a "normal" calification on booking/trip, pretty sure they used bots to pump their score..

The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. It's very close to the city center and not far from the train station, making transportation convenient. It's a great choice for solo travelers and overall offers good value for money.

Pretty standard rooms, clean and spacious. The only issue is the location, don’t let the pictures fool you when you walk around this area it’s like a scene straight out of the film city of god. Apart from the slum lords, sleeping drunks and clientele from several nearby brothels which litter the street, the hotel is in a nice spot right by the central train station, walking distance from the city centre and if you are hungry for doner there are simply too many options to choose from. I’d say book this hotel if you like cheap rooms, an adrenaline rush and aren’t afraid of getting a tetanus shot or two. I also had an interesting experience when the housekeeper flung open the door as I sat on the toilet, after letting out a shout he told me that he had my towels, despite my best efforts to explain that I was on the toilet in my boxers he simply kept reiterating that he had my towels. Even though I was grateful for the towels I was a little taken back by the enthusiasm with which he wanted to give them to me. After collecting myself and taking the towels from the outstretched hand that had entered my room, I asked him how to lock my door from the inside, however he seemed to not have the time to explain as he quickly scurried away without remark holding only an annoyed look on his face.

Really good location, besides being in a red light district. I didn't have any feelings of being unsafe, but may be a concern for other travellers. Room has no AC, so it's sweaty until the sun sets, and the noise on the street means window can't be left open overnight. Other wise the room is soundproof.
Very basic room but the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, shower pressure was good. Lots of food options around and transit. All the staff were fantastic, and the included breakfast was a good spread including hot options. I'd consider it a good value for unfussy people.

Very close to the main train station, just a 5-minute walk. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel has no Air Conditioning and we were on the 6th floor were the temperature was 30 degs and all they had in the room was a fan, all that does is circulates the warm air in the room absolute nightmare trying to sleep. Was going to put some pictures on about the breakfast, but they told me strictly no pictures of the food, which was the only good thing in the hotel.
