It's ok for a night stay, older rooms and general set-up but not really worn out yet

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel, mainly because of the staff’s behavior.
First of all, at the reception I witnessed an unacceptable scene: the receptionist added the parking fee to the bill of a couple in front of us without even asking for their consent. When they pointed out the mistake, he became extremely verbally aggressive and threw the money back at them. When they asked to speak with the manager, his response was very ironic, saying that there was no need for a manager. Honestly, if I were in their place, I would have called the police. Such behavior has no place in the hospitality industry.
Secondly, the room we were given was at the mezzanine level and had a very strong smell of mold, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
At breakfast, the atmosphere was also unpleasant – the kitchen staff kept standing very close to the tables, which created the feeling of personal space being invaded.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respect, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel was amazing! It was quiet and walkable to public transportation and had GREAT dinner options nearby! The staff was awesome and so helpful! We highly recommend this hotel to all!

My experience at the Hotel am Nockherberg was great. The breakfast offered here was delicious with a reasonable variety of options, making each morning enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile, and they truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore,
with easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Dirty, dated, overpriced - charged over 500€ for 2 nights in summer. Noisy and staff were sarcastic and rude when I asked about the hair & stains on bed sheets and if they could be changed. Handy location but plenty of other hotels with better ones.

Beware! Not what they promise on the website re cancellation. I tried booking this hotel online. Page said room not available. But they took over 500€ from my account 10 days before arrival. Contacted them to query this then. They wouldn’t refund it saying I paid upfront. Got no booking confirmation and was called a liar and they no longer responded. Appalling customer service.

Picked this place because of its location in Untergiesing / lower part of Haidhausen, where not too many hotels exist. Location was great, just a few minutes away from the Kolumbusplatz subway station. Main attractions of Munich are within walking distance (20 to 30 minutes). Staff was efficient and friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was dated and relatively small (I had booked a one-person room, though). The hotel is next to a busy train line, so make sure to ask for a room away not facing the rail tracks. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was decent. Internet worked well. Parking is available in the garage next to the hotel at a reduced (?) rate, yet still relatively expensive considering the quiet neighborhood (approx. EUR 20 / night). You might be better off street-parking.

During August, I stayed at this hotel with my family and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and the rooms are kept clean. The staff were also very attentive and responsive to our needs, and they were especially kind and affectionate towards my children. The breakfast was also delicious and enjoyable. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel again if we have the opportunity to visit this beautiful city in the future.
