I will not mention anything about the receptionist mood… WiFi it’s a joke, that hotel brought me back to the past when internet was a luxury service… The rooms so and so… not bad not good, there is no a/c, bedsheets where full of carpet fluff! Bathroom outdated, cleaners will not enter the room for service unless you hang outside your door please clean up the room(opposite of all other world), breakfast ? Hahahaha , but… I don’t want to hear from any German tourist again about services and prices in South Europe .

Hotel in need of an upgrade for the rooms. Wasnt very clean and the bathroom was very old fashioned with rust stains on the tiles. The bed was way too uncomfortable and felt like a waterbed it was so soft. Staff seemed pleasent and the Breakfast was just okay but again downstairs and reception area could do with modernisation. About 20 mins walk from main train station and not far from Metro.

This is the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Let’s start with probably one of the rudest person (Bettina) we’ve ever encountered. She was the person working the reception desk. I understand German people can be a little short but she was actually screaming at us. We had a fuse go out in our room and she absolutely lost her mind yelling at me about it. Never have we been treated that way and we have traveled extensively. We talked to some other folks (we were there with a group) and the group leader (a local) said he thought she only talked to them like that. The room was disgusting. If it was cleaned, you surely couldn’t tell. It had black mold on the bathroom wall. Dust bunnies and hair on the floor. The beds sunk in the middle and the WiFi was non existent. The only good things abut this hotel were the location (to Oktoberfest) and the bartender Joe.

I didn’t give 5 stars only because of the bedroom. We were on the first floor, facing the main street, and there was no AC in the room. We had to keep the window open, but the street noise was very annoying. Aside from that, everything was great—the room was very clean, the staff was super nice, and the location is excellent. If you’re planning to go to Oktoberfest, this is the perfect place since it’s so close!

Friendly and helpful staff and clean hotel with large rooms. The hotel is well positioned near the railway station and an easy walk to the old town. Decent breakfast in the basement. Although it is a bit non descript, it makes a good base and is also extremely close to the Oktoberfest arena. Beds are a bit soft for my liking.

Very clean hotel. Excellent position. 15 min walk from central rail station. 5 min to S Bahn. On a busy road so ask for quiet room. breakfast very good. Staff friendly. room had a balcony. Hotel near to a L'Osteria restaurant that serves Italian food...excellent!

Liked · Spacious room & bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff, very good value for the money paid. Delicious sausages at breakfast. Retro elements (floor doors, elevator) very actually nice. TV is modern and has apps. Nice city view from the window.

Disliked · WiFi was slow, therefore Internet-based apps were not working on the TV. Breakfast could use a little more variety.

Stayed here for Oktoberfest. Nice staff. Kind of loud at night (it's Oktoberfest) great location to the festival and good restaurants around... Smaller rooms. Nice breakfast

This place has definitely a great location and staff was pretty nice. A manager, who work with my booking was really kind to take a note from my request. I wrote that I like good views from room and they did the best possible view from their building. I really appreciate it.

But also this place not without disadvantages: fan in my room wasn't working (get a replacement w/o problems) and very scanty breakfast. A shower head was half-broken.

The main problem for me - at first day, when "do not disturb" sign was placed out the door and I was almost get naked for shower, a service guy knocked at my door and start opening it with his keys🤬

But all other days there was no new problems (I spent 7 night at this hotel)

Decent Hotel based on price and quality.
We had a bit of a rude receptionist at the start of our stay, all though the other staff were kind and helping.

The first view you get of the hotel is the outside white painted building, with no character. Once you go in and take the elevator to your room, you will notice that the lift is very outdated which can put you off.

However, the room is very spacious with a large bathroom, tub, bed and terrace. You will also get an empty mini bar. Room was Nicely decorated too.
We were disappointed on the lack of an air conditioner, you get a small table fan as your heat relief.

Breakfast was really good, the variety is small but it was very hearty and delicious. Me and my partner are falling for pretzels.

Distance from any location is very accesible, trams, buses, trains… About 10 minutes walk to the center.
