Decent business travel hotel. Rooms are quiet & comfy.
Its a little tired in the hallways but a good value/self service hotel.
Virtual/AI host helps with getting in and out of the building and other guest request period I could see where this might not be ideal for many travellers who want a higher touch situation but it's quiet decent location good access to public transportation and therefore I could recommend staying here for short and even longer stays. No room service, however plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very Echo friendly.

I have stayed here two times. The rooms are modern but very basic and unfortunately, both times, very dusty. The location and the rooftop terrace are a definite plus, but overall the experience is let down by dust, a rather poor goodwill as well as weak communication and customer service (see other comments).

Very strange smell that came from the bathroom which spreads around the whole room. Also, I booked breakfast for 18€, but breakfast is not offered in house. You get a voucher for two external partners / restaurants. One of them is a 15 minutes walk away :-D. Also restaurants don’t open before 8:30am. One of them even at 9:00am. So, there is no option for an early breakfast. All that was not communicated beforehand and after I asked for a refund, because I wasn’t able to use my breakfast voucher due the times offered, the hotel said they won’t do anything about it. Very disappointing. I definitely won’t go back.

hotel who doesn’t clean rooms daily to “lead the hospitality industry towards a greener future” (that’s what they’ve told me) but happy to do it for an extra fee, it’s not even worth a longer review. Dirty rooms. Stay away.

Really loved the apartment, very clean, modern and comfortable, the location was ok but easy links to public transport. It did get a little noisy at times, though not enough to Really bother me. Really easy check in process , though all on-line. To be fair I had no issues and the process was very good and good communication. I would have liked there to be tea and coffee making facilities, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Rooms were clean and modern. Had a front street view with a nice view of the street.
Service was great. Concierge was funny and polite.
Breakfast had lots of options. Begets are fantastic.

Liked the kind sized bed. Wish there were bigger rooms. Room only big enough for 1 person in my opinion, not a couple.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and gave us great recommendations for the area. Very happy, danke!

The location of the hotel is very good, there are many bars and restaurants nearby. The room is just as expected and each room has its own wifi network. Also there is a modern standard TV which is screen mirroring capable. The service is okay, just one of the receptionists was a little bit over-motivated. In short it's a good hotel for a business trip.

Nice hotel, good service. Rooms are clean and furnished in modern style. Recommend this place. Good connection with metro.
