In general hotel was amazing✨
Nice old fashioned rooms , very warm and simple breakfast💛
But unfortunately there was a problems with internet.
So if you want to rest without your phone-this place is highly recommended 🤭

Normally Im used to book accomodation on Booking app without any problem This time a technical or internet problem has occured data 2 and 3 October, because my credit card as always was approved and I didn't receive any reservation Confirmation
1) First step Contacting my bank and Booking Costumer service by phone. They dont see the reservation but both strongly advised me to contact the hotel to assure it Will not be charged
2) Second step Contacting the hotel by phone I have had a bad experience just trying to confirm if my reservatiion was valid . Its not polite to listem that a Costumer can not reach them by phone to know about a reservation. Seibel answered Well you need to email US and its Booking that can reach US
3) Third step trying to book again with the same result No Reservation ...
4) Again talKing with Booking Costumer service they assured me that a solution Will happem without charging my credit card and appologise by the bad atitude of the german hotel

Staff did make efforts to provide good service. Excellent location which is across the street from the Oktoberfest fair grounds. The breakfast was average but quality was expected for the price of room. My room (No. 21) was on the basement level, so there was water seeping out from the cracks in the floor tiles. The rate of leakage was about 300 milliliters per day. This may have been caused by light rains seeping under the foundation or broken pipes under the property. Luckily, I only stayed two nights. The one towel that was provided absorbed the floor water.

This hotel surprised me. I only needed to stay one night in Munich from Monday to Tuesday, and I chose this hotel. It was a great option.
Great location for the train, it's just about a 10-minute walk and it's literally in front of where Oktoberfest takes place, a very nice place that seems to be an old building.
The hotel also offers a very complete and delicious breakfast, with lots of variety, and I was able to eat at my leisure for 40 minutes without having to rush.
The service was also very nice and the woman who serves breakfast in the morning is a sweetheart, she is very good and organizes everything very friendly.
I recommend this Hotel !

breathtaking view from the upstairs windows (Saint Paul's Church, Frauen Church (Frauenkirche in German) and much more),
the staff is very polite, very nice and very helpful,
delicious food and beverages,
delicious breakfast in a wonderful room with paintings and pictures,
the hotel is really tidy and clean,
my stay was a magic and an unforgettable memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I recommend this place to all the tourists of Planet Earth!!!!!!
