Great value
Great value hotel. Dated but very clean, cosy and comfortable with everything I needed.
Good breakfast, good location, very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was small. The breakfast was good. It's very close to Munich Main Station, a five-minute walk away. The bed was like a train berth, but fortunately it was soft. I stayed here because I was changing trains.

The room is small, soundproofing is not good, in the middle of the night you can hear the sound of ding ding dong dong next door, the toilet smell; but but but, the hotel staff service is very good, the room is very clean, next time can continue to stay.

My luggage was lost at Munich airport. I messaged the hotel and they held on to my luggage until I got to Munich. The staff were always nice and polite. I loved that this hotel had a table fan in my room. I propped the table fan on the chair facing towards the bed. That really helped me fall asleep. The European
breakfast always provided a wide variety each day. The location was safe and walkable distance to public transport. There were a few downsides. The toiletries provided by the hotel could be improved and the room needed better cleanliness. There were a couple of cobwebs on the wall.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com. However, when booking, I did not see that the toilets were "shared toilets". When I saw this later, I canceled the reservation and requested a refund of the fee I paid. However, the hotel did not answer any of my phone calls or e-mails. I discussed this situation with Booking.com, and they stated that their phones and e-mail addresses were not answered. The hotel does not answer its phones or e-mails in any way, and Booking.com does not help when you experience such a situation. This is very disrespectful behavior. Take this into consideration when booking this hotel.

Great value for this price, with really kind service. First i made a mistake, i booked the wrong dates, and it wasn't refundable, actually i only learnt my mistake, after i'd gotten an email to review my stay at the hotel. It wasn't paid, so i wrote a message abt what happened, and they let the thing slip without paying. Then another mistake of mine was, booking a parking spot, only to find out afterwards, that i cannot drive there, because of the low emission rules. I didn't even think of asking back my money, but in the end, when i checked out, they asked if i was with car, i told i couldn't drive in here, didn't even mention that it was paid, and they initiated a refund without question.

So… this could have been 5 star review, but I just had to remove 2 stars because we had no A/C in our room. The hotel claims they have it but a small table fan is not A/C no matter how hard you try to pretend it is. We went to Germany during July right when that heatwave happened and the daily temperatures were reaching 29-32 Celsius. This is a big deal for my husband and myself as both of us suffered heatstroke a while back and none of us dealing with hot temperatures too well ever after. Unfortunately we couldn’t change hotels as our agent booked hotel last minute and it was very hard to find a refundable option. It wasn’t cheap either… 756 dollars for 4 days is not something we could easily throw out and get another hotel. So be aware if you have a need for A/C. Overall, hotel is cute. It is not that old as some people describe and everything seem to be pretty modern. A great bonus we were not aware of at the time of booking are breakfasts. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Despite being constantly hot in our room, we enjoyed our stay

We arrived before the check-in time after a long, tiring flight. The receptionists and the cleaners were very kind to make up our rooms really quick so that we could take a shower and change. Thank you very much for your services :)

An old hotel but in good condition. Noise from tram on the main road could be heard but don’t really bothered my sleep. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.
