Hotel was nice but the location of the hotel was too bad . It was close to center and also train station but the neighbour feels very unsafe.

The hotel itself is okay, but the area around the hotel is not exactly safe. It's not that bad, but I'd recommend not staying there as a family.

The hotel staff were kind and gave us a room for four people on the same day.

Rooms are nice and easily accessible from München Hauptbahnhof. Street is a bit noisy. The hotel staff is unwilling to store your luggage for a few hours, so definitely not recommended for a weekend city trip. I have not seen this before, where I believe this should be a standard service. If you are looking for friendly and attentive staff, please look elsewhere. Would not consider this hotel for a next stay.
