Design-Hotel Jams in Munchen

Great hotel to stay, must recommend. The interior is a cool industrial design, I love it. Room is big, everything is perfect.

The hotel is at good location - near S-bahn, supermarket, and some coffee shops. May feel the vicinity quiet at first but feel safe when you walk via the cultural centre nearby.

The room is spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. Staff is very welcoming :)

I learnt that there is no air conditioning in the room but as I travelled in winter, it is not a concern for me.

I would like to suggest to add a shower curtain in the bathroom if it’s feasible (would be helpful to keep the non-shower area dry).

We stayed at JAMS from December 5-10. From checkin to checkout, the experience was fantastic! Knowledgeable front desk staff helped us navigate Munich in the most efficient way to optimize our time.

The room itself was very clean and offered the unusual king sized bed configuration. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area but still very accessible to the subway station (5 minute walk). We were able to access Marienplatz in a ten minute subway ride.

The breakfast bar was as you’d expect at a European continental breakfast - meats, cheeses and breads galore. As an added tip, if you want something warm to eat like an omelet, you can order that from the server and the cook will whip one up for you!

Would it have been more convenient to stay by Marienplatz? Yes! BUT, we enjoyed being able to come back to a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas markets.

We would definitely stay at JAMS again when we go back to Munich!!

Funky, fun floor themes. Restaurant was pretty good, breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The front desk staff was great. One server in the restaurant was fairly rude to my traveling companion on the first night, so we went across the street to a lovely restaurant instead, and really enjoyed our dinner. My traveling companion had issues with noise from her neighbors, and her door didn't lock, so that was sub-par. I enjoyed having a bluetooth speaker in the room, so I could listen to my music in the mornings while I got ready. And the location, a block from the tram and only a few blocks from a central subway line, was ideal.

Great rooms and friendly staff. Love the record players in the room and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the subway and 2 stops from Marienplatz

The room was clean and very quiet but on the small side. The bar and the food were GREAT! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great stay In Munich. Hotel is clean and modern and music theme is great. Well connected to public transport with a tram stop a minute away and the station to the airport about a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend and would stay again

Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable. All staff including front desk, at breakfast, and evening bar staff very welcoming and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Room very clean and spacious. Good lighting in the room. Would definitely want to stay again.
