זה לא מלון זה מקסימום הוסטל , רחוק מאוד מהעיר ואין מה לעשות באיזור , החדרים ממש קטנים ולא נעימים , לא מחלפים מגבות אלא רק אם מבקשים ולא ממלאים מה שנגמר . המחיר גבוהה ולא מצדיק לשלם כ"כ הרבה בשביל הוסטל This is not a hotel, it's more of a hostel, very far from the city and there's nothing to do in the area, the rooms are really small and not comfortable, they don't change towels except if you ask and they don't refill what's gone. The price is high and doesn't justify paying so much for a hostel.

Because we were 40 minutes late for check-out, a lady at the reception (presumably the owner) took our bags and refused to return them unless we paid money to the cleaning staff. When we refused, she called the police and threw us out. Very disappointing service.

The hotel was clean, but we had a theft and a breakage in our room while we were out. My hair straighteners were broken on the floor (and I had left them on the bedside table), and a necklace and (bizarrely) my partner’s trousers were stolen. We were told that the cost of the hair straighteners would be reimbursed by the hotel’s insurance. I gave them all the details and have chased the hotel 3 times via email with no response or reimbursement. A really negative experience for us. Shower was warm at least!

The only reason I give two stars is because it was an inexpensive rate and the rooms are decently decorated.

Our complaints are numerous and start with: good luck getting any hot water for showering. Several employees were less than helpful when we told them, mainly telling us that the hotel was booked fully and they couldn't help if too many guests showered at once to use the hot water. However, my husband showered at 6am and still had cold water. There was also a sewage smell that came and went in the bathroom.

The wifi has also been spotty throughout our stay, even on our dedicated room wifi. It says "ticket limit exceeded".

We shared the room with another couple because they advertised a full double bed and two twin beds. However, the 'twin beds' were nothing more than two pads on the floor with mattress toppers. My friend had to ask 3 times to get a topper for her 'pad' and ended up sleeping on the small sofa the first night because reception closed at 9.

The included breakfast was one of the most limited I've seen in our Europe travels.

Finally, the advertised '24 hour reception' is anything but. They close the desk at 9 and when we called to inquire about the lack of hot water the first night- the person that answered was very confused why we were calling that number. They said they'd "call someone else in the morning".

All in all- I don't think I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
