It was okay, I guess. I've stayed at this brand before in Europe, and it usually attracts a younger crowd. This time, though, checkout was before 10 AM, which I knew. But the staff member came knocking on my door at 9:11 AM to rush me out to clean the room. It was really annoying, like shooing someone away. Don't customers naturally check out on time? If I go over, you can just charge me accordingly. I don't know if this was the hotel's policy or just the staff's personal habit of being lazy. Why are you rushing me out 40 minutes early when I haven't even gone over time??

Room was nice but the bunk beds were not made. We requested for room service but no service were provided. It is pretty far from train and the bus only comes every 20 minutes, very inconvenience to move around.

Quiet neighbourhood in the city, with a great view! Fast connection to buses and a small walk to U-Bahn or S-Bahn. Three big supermarkets nearby (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl). Friendly staff. Easy check-out.

The overall service at this hotel was just okay, to be honest. I ran into a pretty serious issue during my stay: the heating barely worked, and the room was freezing cold. After I reported it to the front desk, they moved me to another room, but the situation didn't improve—it was still just as cold. The front desk said it would take four or five hours for the room to warm up, but there was no noticeable change at all. I woke up after sleeping and it was still freezing. In the end, I had to go back to the front desk and ask for an extra blanket just to make it through the night. The overall experience was not great, and I wouldn't really recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay for solo travelers!
I stayed here as a solo traveler and had a really good experience. The hostel has a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and helpful staff. It’s easy to meet new people, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re traveling alone and want both comfort and good vibes!

Awesome! Three of us booked a six-person room. The place was huge, and the bathroom had a great wet and dry separation. It had two single beds and two bunk beds. We should've brought more people along, haha! Plus, the views were really nice. It's just a bit far from the city center.
