This has been an exceptional stay, truly one of the best I've ever experienced. The host's warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued. Sept-Oct 2024 9 days in the White Room (with the flowers in the photo) Great price. Great location. Super easy to public transport, near by hotspots. Yes, you share a bathroom and yes you share a kitchen - it’s a Guesthouse, manage your expectations.

excellent guest house very clean calm breakfast rich m bus at door i recommend this place , i have been several time and i want to return on april 3 or 4 station to commercial street , you could walk 15 minutes station behind the place 4 minutes walking distance john

Short version: NEVER GET THERE!
Long version:
I rent a double bed room on MisterBnB last week for 6 nights, I only stayed 1 hour there (thanks god it was the best decision).
The room was a real mess. I have never been in such a dirty and untidy apartment.
There were yellow and brown stains on all the bedding, dust everywhere in the room (floor, furnitures, etc.). The inside of the closet was disgusting, there was dirt and hair on the floor and walls, and literally a used syringe in the room.
I can go on for hours: behind the television and in the fan there was at least 3 centimeters of dust, the windows were disgusting, we can't even see through them (the owner told me I should get new glasses, disrespectful), the shared kitchen and bathrooms were also disgusting and stinky! The guesthouse has absolutely NOTHING to do with the pictures that the owner shares. The worst is that the owner said he did the cleaning before and for him everything was okay! How come you can think this ?
I asked the Owner for a refund, he refused, because he was « satisfied » with the level of cleanliness of the apartment, thanks god after sending the pictures to MisterBnB I automatically received this refund.
Of course, the owner canceled the booking few hours before it’s end on MisterBnB so I can’t let him any review on the platform, so he only keeps the old good reviews!
P.S. if you read the other comments below, a lot of people complained also about bed bugs! Be careful, this guesthouse is not only dirty, it’s literally dangerous!
Advice to the owner: go take a cleaning and hospitality course or stop ripping people off!

Great place to stay in Berlin. Kitchen available with plenty of coffee and breakfast stuff, will stay again happily

Very nice and welcoming guesthouse! The owners really takes care of you and put u in nice, big rooms in classic Berlin architecture. Its close to most things, the airport is just two bus rides away, n u´ll find 2 different options of u-bahn´s, on i n the top of the street n one in the other end - the owner n his crew are very helpful to tell u how to use public transportation in Berlin since its lavish - but confusing. Nice breakfast and good chatting with the other guests, its a kind of a family feel to the guesthouse, the owner really make sure that new friendships are made. U wont feel alone. If by any chance u do - there is tons of bars n restaurants nearby, I especially fell in love with the Amrit- an Indian restaurant. If u still can't find anything to do - just ask the crew who happily helps u with ideas. I warmly recommend this!

Was given a small room(store room converted into bedroom) which was not shown in pictures (3 people).
Was very bad experience for three people to stay.
Atleast you should be fare in showing pictures of actual small room.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. While I was out for dinner somebody brook in through the locked door, went through my stuff and stole my iPhone which unfortunately I had left on the charger.
The door stayed broken for the next 2 days, one person from management said that somebody was let into the house... but no warning of the people, no information on the door and no action to report this to the police.
All of this has a very strange touch. I travel a lot Through the world and such a thing has never happened to me
