The hotel is so unique and comfortable. There were so many nice touches. We enjoyed going to the bar and the sauna. Great location too!

Staff was friendly and facilities great - but the rooms where really cold as many of the commuting areas are outside. Also the was no room service and additional costs for using many of the facilities

The hotel has a unique atmosphere being a former public pool and spa.
The rooms are spacious and clean, but do not expect them to be modern, they have a lot of charme

Breakfast was VERY expensive considering the choice/quality. I would prefer to spend less money in nearby independant businesses...
The initial room I had was VERY hot and SMELLY. I asked to move to a room that had aircon, they said was was none. but when i did insist on moving, the new room had aircon.

My stay was spectacular. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They were even kind enough to share local options to take part in and they were all well received. Very easy access to public trans and so many food and shopping options to consider too.

Such a classic! Bathroom was a little blah ( hello, lighting?) but the pool, the staff, the bar area, and surrounding neighborhood were fantastic.

The pool water is advertised as 26°C, but it feels a bit cooler than expected. It's not cold, and if you're swimming, it’s fine, but if you're just walking around or looking to relax, it might feel a bit chilly.
There are no designated swimming lanes, which can make the experience chaotic. You'll depend on others to be mindful of their surroundings, and you also need to stay alert. If you're there to swim, it feels like a bit of a gamble—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
The pool itself is decent, although you’ll notice some mold in certain areas. To be fair, it’s not terrible, but it's worth mentioning. One thing that could improve the overall cleanliness is making swim caps mandatory—there tends to be hair floating in the water, which can be off-putting.
The women’s changing room is small, with limited space. It also could use a good cleaning, as there were balls of hair scattered on the floor. The showers had mold and dirt buildup, which was disappointing.
For €10, considering this is part of a luxury hotel, the experience was acceptable but just barely. It's on the edge of being "okay," but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I didn’t stay overnight here but from the service and the amenities offered (with false advertisement) - when I return to Berlin I know which hotel to avoid.
The man at reception was not friendly, no hello when we greeted him first and was very rude when we told him we had a reservation for swimming.
The swimming pool is advertised on their website to be 26*, and as other reviewers have *recently* mentioned, this is false. The pool temperature was barely at 20* - was very cold and surrounding people were literally shivering in the pool. The actual pool seemed clean, however entering the pool / the stairs leading inside the pool was very dirty.
Will not be returning as the service from the reception was less than the standard + false advertisement for my sole purpose of the visit. I can’t imagine what false advertisement they may have places for the rooms + other services they provide. Will be going elsewhere if I need to book a pool session again.
